Yo can someone dumb down perspective for me? I'm doing the draw a box tutorial and am at the part where I draw boxes in perspective. I understand drawing from two vanishing points, sort of, but how do I go about in doing one vanishing point?

I think that would look really good if you polished it proper.

1-point perspective is useless. You draw a square, and then draw lines from the corners towards the vanishing point, and connect the lines where ever. That's pretty much it.

I used to drag my hand on the paper while drawing, it helped me keep lines straight, but it's not something you should do, since it fucks you over when drawing with almost anything. Now I'm trying to keep my hand from touching the paper, but I'm not used to it so my lines get really wobbly.
Pic related, I had to draw it multiple times to even get it looking like a square and it's still fucked up.

Yeah, the perspective looks wrong. Maybe you should start with the entire gear first (by drawing a flat cylinder, then the indentations, etc), and then add the rest of the drill, using for instance the axis of the gear for measurements.

You have two big problems, the first one is the chicken scratch, the other one is that you don't seem to have the knowledge of the volumes of the muscles to draw them properly.
Now you have two things to look for: Make sure you draw less lines and study how the muscles connect and its volumes.

A mistake I think affects artist in their development is the constant use of "(drawn) reference images". They shouldn't be used as an only guide, their main purpose is to show how an artist abstracts and understands the subject at hand so that anyone can use that as a method to do the same, I don't think it should serve as the basis of any artist's practice.
If you really want to know how fabric works, looking at a drawn reference will not help you in the long run (It will actually be forever in your hard drive, forgotten and never seen again); the thing you should do is search for a video clip, a movie or a photo of the real life thing you want to study, look how it behaves and draw/paint it. Reality is there and is the base of any subject, ignoring real sources is the reason why a lot of artist never get to develop their true potential, and I know the cute animu grills and amazing mechas look pleasing to the eye, but using all your time studying those images will not only make you base your reality from them, it will inherit the mistakes which are present in those works into yours.

In short, go look for photos of the thing you want to draw instead of drawn references. That'll benefit you in the long run.

My sister tried to do the same thing, but after doing just three fursona commissions she had to add that to her list of "things I will not draw".
It wasn't just because she didn't like furries and hated drawing furshit, but it was also because the three commissioners were the absolute most demanding and imperious people she ever met. Her prices were rather cheap (I think the most costly thing she had was like £15) and she usually finished a drawing within the same day it was commissioned, but these people acted as if they were paying for a commission worth several hundred.
All three of them constantly messaged her asking for rough drafts of the early drawing so they could tell her to change some tiny minor thing, and asking when exactly the drawing be done while demanding her that she draw their fursonas in the exact pose they wanted. One of them pushed beyond what he paid for by asking her to draw a background as well.

Sunibee's art is somewhat gross, he draws everything so fat.

Nu-Doomguy's design is so awfully over-complicated. He's got random barbs and lights everywhere.

That style almost of reminds of Jhonen Vasquez's art, but more exaggerated. He has a similar "straight-line" kind of thing going on, except he uses curves alongside the straight-lines.
The perspective there is also fucked up a bit, his right arm looks huge while his left one looks tiny and short. His legs also look like they're different sizes.

If someone would be so kind as to give some color to this qt loli, colors are free to pickup but if possible i'd like a coloring simmilar in that sort of light tones as in pick 2

I find the trick to clean line art is practicing traditional mediums from time to time.
Then just drawing light before going over again with some quickly in parts you think might need some line thickness.
Or atleast how I approach my lineart.
