THE WORLD WILL BELONG TO SLAVS
Slavic unity is needed going forwards to prevent it from being dominated economically, militarily, culturally and technologically. This unity would come at the the expense of smaller identities, but create something larger. There are three distinct groups amongst the Slavs and that is the Western Slavs (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, North-Western Ukraine), Southern Slavs (former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria) and Eastern Slavs (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine). Unions amongst these groups would be nothing but beneficial and this Pan-Slavism on a ethnic, cultural and ethnic scale could maybe make political room for a baltic union of Latvia and Lithuania or Finno-Urgic union of Finland-Estonia helping to reorganize Europe into larger sovereign entities giving it more power politically than smaller isolated states.
In practice Eastern Slavic union with Ukraine would be messy because of the history of conflict, but Belarus would be a really easy integration into Russia.
While the Southern Slavic states cannot tangibly form one state again in fact it would make most sense to split them into three states:
1. Everything in Bosnia that isn't Republika Srpska, Croatia and Slovenia
2. Serbia, Republika Srpksa and Montenegro
3. Bulgaria and Macedonia
The European Union in principle is not wrong because it creates a larger block which can compete with nations like the US and China, but those who founded it had different ideas on race, state-craftsmanship, morality etc. I personally don't see the project being salvageable at this point and the next best thing would be to unify along somewhat linguistic, cultural and ethnic lines and create another Eastern bloc one that is isolated from Western Europe to survive the massively shifting demographics and to help in what I believe will be civil war in places like Germany, France and possibly Sweden. The hope would be that this Western Slavic Union with Ukraine's reluctance to Russia would build a strong state of 80 million - 100 million (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine or parts of Ukraine) and one that is large enough to help counter balance against Russia, independent if they are malignant or not. Because one can't have a proper friendship if there is a massive imbalance even if both sides are treating each other "properly". This eastern bloc would also coincide with Iran's and China's growing influence and America's waning influence. Shifting the world from North America, east-wards back into Europe.
Czech actually, the poles have it a bit better.
Croat and Serbs will never get back together if we wanna make this happen we will have to cut it up a bit.

North Western Ukraine was part of Poland in the PLC and post WWI in addition they are Catholics (Greek Catholics). While something like the province of Carpathian-Rus was part of Slovakia and Czechoslovakia and again, Catholic. The rest of Ukraine would have to either be annexed by Russia for the better, against their will or out of their rejection of Russia accept the union under Western Slavs with Russia acquiring very small bits of eastern part that is largely Russian and Moldova (which should be part of Romania) getting back lower Bessarbia.

This is a simple I colourized. It would essentially tie European states closer along their ethnic, linguistic and cultural lines. It is simple and therefore some of these provinces would have to be remade in practice. Bosnia being especially messy given you can't even divide the map due to the concentrations of Serbs in areas, or how Kalingrad would essentially need a population swap. In addition, I left the rest of Ukraine that isn't Russia empty as to show it's choice on whether it would be integrated into the Western Slavic union or Russia because that part neither the Russians or Western Slavs have tangible claims on, but unification at some level would have to be necessary.
