So from what I got, for example I could use Robert as a point since he has several specials and normals without needing a bar, K' for a battery (Taking into consideration his chained moves can generate meter individually) and then pick Sylvie as an anchor, since from what I've seen her supers are great and you can follow up her Climax with a SDM. Is that correct?

I'd say yes. Also, if you're still confused, you could always play a few games with the steam group to get a better understanding of what you want to know.

There's always fightcade. The steam group hosts tournaments on a weekly basis, and kof 2002 comes up every once in a while.
