Lizards were probably the most sane faction, on balance, but they really shouldn't have been pushing for a representative government in the middle of a full blown war of succession.

Imps were batshit insane, though. They think blowing themselves up is a good time. The Dwarves were probably the second most reasonable race, followed by the elves. If you agree with Yorrick enough, you'll start creating the Imperium of Man, but only the very worst aspects.

Shame the decision making feels shallow after you've played through the game once. It needed more variable outcomes and multiple endings.

Literally the only thing Yorrick was wrong about was indulgence. Skeletons were the most sane factions.

Lizards were just the most neutral, thus they generally did the least damage.
