Anyways, as you guys know, Yandere Simulator brought up the idea of having an inventory system using Yandere-chan's skirt. It was a unique RE4esque inventory, and the panties made it feel like a true-blue Weeb game. Something on the PS Vita. The Normalfags bitched of course, so Yandere Dev came up with a perfect compromise: Add a "censored" mode to the game, where the panties on the menu are just a sillhouette (like pic related), panties are censored, and bigger steam clouds. The original game is also still an option. This way, everybody wins! The perfect compromise where no one loses!
In his poll to gauge what people thought, an impressive 89% were pleased with the end result. So, a huge margin of people satisfied means everything is good right?

Just make Yandere-chan wear a second skirt under her skirt! Second image. It definitely doesn't look tacky/out-of-place, or squander what was a good idea. Still though, at least he turned that 89% to a 100% right?

Now, only 78% of people are satisfied, 20% are now angry he cut the panties, and 2% admitted they would never be happy. Less people are happy about the decision then the previous one.
Let this be a lesson to aspiring game devs everywhere. Try to avoid asking the public what they think and just make sound decisions on your own, like Kojima or Kamiya. Assuming you have common sense of course. Also don't fucking dangle neat ideas/concepts in front of people interested in the game, and then just axing them (and not even out of budget reasons or something like that). No one likes to be cock teased, and that's exactly what this panty feature was. Telling people he has a great idea, and then that we're not going to get it.
Though the biggest lesson of all is that yes, Normalfags can and will ruin anything they can when given the chance. If you like something you don't want it to be too successful, just successful enough. Otherwise Normalfags will find it, change it, ruin it, and then leave it.
