But that's not a collapse of capitalism.
This'll be even better if the government implements some kind of program that controls where the stocks get reallocated by waver of province restriction or some kind of fixed system where people who make X amount of money cannot purchase those stocks.
Which is highly plausible given the affordable care act and the TPP.
