I'm actually playing a modded pirated version right now. Not as bad as 2 was but God damn some of the writing is way worse and it pretty much forces some political stuff on you.

Also if anyone is dumb enough like me to play through this. Make sure to mod it. You can make your character and the others look much better, also it makes the game way less grindy.

Listen here you little nigger faggot. Dragon Age 2 is one of the biggest insults of gaming and commeted some of the worst sins a sequel could make.
Bioware has always had cheesy and bad dialogue, even in their better older game. If I was autistic enough I'd download Dragon age 2 and get voice clips of McEdge lord pic related, but I refuse to ever play that piece of shit again. Hell Zevran from Origins was pretty cringy too, this isn't something exclusive to Inquistion. Hell the only reason we even have the terrible webms of inquisition is because the game came out after we moved here, where we actually have sound webms. It made it easier for us to laugh at the bad dialogue in the game.

Now Inquisition is not a good game from what I've played so far, but it is an IMPROVEMENT after the terrible disgrace that was Dragon Age 2. Inquisition has at least some changes based of your choices. Depending on which side you pick in the first part of the game changes things throughout the rest of the game. It also got rid of the copy paste 5 dungeons, and the red and blue choices from the game. It's still no where as good as Origins, but it's not as bad as 2. They actually improved on things.

I disagree about the plot. While the last act was rushed and unfinished crap, I think that both the first 3/4 of the game were pretty well written.
The qunari line was interesting, Arishok was a genuinely likable character that clearly represented the specific morals and worldviews of his people. The intrigue with the evil chantry sister was interesting, it was decently handled how all the party members tied into it. On top of that, many of the side quests had actual plots to them and pretended to matter.
An the other hand, Inqusition, after an okay-interesting prologue immediately throws you into a completely empty and uninteresting world where 90% of the activities are "collect X item", "click the hole in the sky TWICE" and "kill 10 goat".
The core plot of inquisition is not interesting in the least - the only thing that actually got my attention was the end-game DLC.
The choices don't matter if both outcomes put me to sleep.

And please, don't pretend like there is any strategy to Inquisiton, it actually requires it less than DA2. At least in 2 what I told my companions mattered a tiny bit. Inq literally has damage sponges on both sides of the fight.

I'm surprised you managed to make it through both The Deep Roads and the dream sequence first. Those fucking kill the momentum of the game, especially since you have to suffer through the mage's tower if you want to have a decent healer in the party.

Deep Roads is the best section in the game to be honest. It is the moment where the game just decides to have a two hour long dungeon filled with fucking enemies, and there is nothing you can do about it. You just go forward killing enemies until your injury bar is ten slots long.
The elfs part is the real boring shit, who the hell came up with it?

Also DAI was worse than DA2, fuck all of you saying otherwise. Making the levels a 1x1 mile wasteland with nothing to do in it but collect some retarded shards thrown around the place is not better, it is just fucking padding. The game has about as much content as DA2 but it took me 70 hours to finish it all because I had to run forward and backwards doing stupid fucking fetch quests and searching for stupid crystals, or killing retarded dragons. It doesn't help that there are about 3 armours for each character.
Rogues also know magic now for some reason and can fucking teleport behind you.
2 and Inquisition shouldn't have fucking existed.

I recommend ditching Wynne to be honest. She is completely fucking overpowered with her Vessel of the Spirit ability. It's not like you need healers anyway when you have so many health potions on separate cooldowns and you can have Morrigan learn heals anyhow.
