Yep, this came into my head right away. Permanently ripped, super strong yet can still pass as human anywhere.

Likewise, any woman would choose pic related. Technically an android but considering they're both made by the same scientist I'm sure things could be adjusted to the cyborg route.

Same benefits. Super strong. Perfectly fit human body. Only she has detachable limbs, head, chainsaws and jetpack. Not so good for blending in but still nice to have.
