Here is an interesting phenomenon. I searched on Google trends the term "race war" and low and behold, every April it peaks. This happens like clockwork every year.
I suspect it demonstrates that racial tension is highest in April for some reason. Not critical information to know, but it may be useful in planning for racial conflict in the future.

standing armies didn't apply to farms. such as in roman times or napoleonic times or WW2. they were men of military age. it mattered most after when the rains died down and mud hardened (as in the case of Russia).
However, I'm talking much more a psychological affect on the human psyche after April and during the month of April when the sky is usually grey, it's wet and cold but still not winter. Activity surges up but I don't believe winter like depression ends and this causes dark feelings to arise.
