This show is the absolute worst of 3DPD shit. If nothing else, at least the Big Bazooper Theory manages to weave its cringe in effortlessly. Pretty Cure, however, was a fantastic hit when it first came out. Much in the same vein as Sailor Moon. Their paths are entirely different (example being no matter how unexpectly grim shit gets, no one ever seriously "dies" in Precure with heavy penalty until Heartcatch). Season 1's cours were so popular and the merch was moving so much that execs at Toei immediately told the house to get started on finishing the season…despite the fact the season was, in fact, finished at ep 24 or so.

Ten years strong and a fuckton of staff and voice talents later (seriously, almost every big name in the seiyuu industry has worked on Precure), the franchise is its own powerhouse in Japan, although it's short of boasting Sailor Moon's international and even pioneering fame.

Short story shorter: Fuck the rivalry. There needed to have been a Magic Girl crossover fighting mix years ago, and not that shitty bait-n-switch from Super Heroine Chronicles.

- Let Omega Force go ham with the style/team up systems
- Sprinkle bits of hard plot in so that at times it really IS magic girl vs magic girl
- Get a bitchin' team to work with the soundtracks. Don't drown it in rock, it's gotta have that pop & magic girl feel to it.
