What happened to my community.
Vidya used to be my world, i used to love videogames and being part of communities.
I remember being a kid in half/v/ and just talking about videogames that came out.
I remember SA forums, i remember being part of that, i remember all of it like it was yesterday.
I remember spending hours playing Duke Nukem 3D, remember Half-Life 2 hype, i remember Morrowind, people shitting on DOOM 3, Driv3r, Saint's Row 2.
I remember so many things, not having a console for the longest time, finally having a PS2 and a DS, never buying another console, so many things.
And most of all, i remember the community.
I remember people making mean jokes, people shitting on other people taste, i remember the cruel humor.
This is not one of those threads, one of those "games used to be so good before".

I don't care about gaming journalism, i don't read Kotaku, i don't give a fuck about what they do.
This is a thread about what happened to gaming communities.
I don't know if it's League's fault, but i just got banned from a gaming group because i was being "toxic".

You can't tell someone they have shit taste anymore.
It's okay if some faggot wastes money in a free game.
It's okay if they support this cellphone game business model.
They are killing the industry, but it's okay.

I think Holla Forums is the only place where i can freely be myself.
And that's fucking sad.
Also, some Youtube channels have decent fanbases, where you can go and insult and you won't have people telling you how wrong is "using gay as an insult", these channels, however, are few and far between.
