Demon Lord Dad whats-his-name from Dark Messiah of Might and Magic may have wanted to rule the world in chaos and destruction, but he seemed like a cool guy to his son/you the player at least. Gives you your own loyal succubus, and judging by the end where you side with him, he wasn't gonna betray you once freed or anything, it was just you and dad in charge of the world having a blast.

Definitely the best evil dad in gaming, in at least.
