I like the idea of cops treating you differently because of skin colour, but this doesn't really fit into a mafia game since you always play as the same character and have nothing to compare it to. Also it has no impact because police attention is justified, the MC is a violent criminal that wreaks havoc all over the city.

I liked the previous games, 1 more than 2, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about this one.
