Some guy that makes really fucking odd videos of some yellow hedgehog looking guy making Sonic look like a complete oaf, and apparently the creator has a thing for asses or something. Apparently some people find there's too many nuggets of pure gold hilarity among it for it to all be actual autism that the creator has, and that he has to be playing literally everyone with how ridiculous his shit is. I think /cow/ has a thread up on him still. I can try to find it and crosslink it if you want to look into it later.
