Maybe yes and maybe no, "Ganon" as shorthand for Ganondorf or simply the name Ganondorf's known by's popped up in one or two games. I remember him being referred to as Ganon by everybody and then he refers to himself as Ganondorf in Wind Waker, for instance.

Ganondorf is his Gerudo name. Ganon is his pig form's name.

Isn't he only a permanent pig in Link to the Past and games that descend from it as far as Hyrule Historia goes? LttP says he was Ganondorf until he got his hands on the Triforce, at which point the Triforce reflecting his heart across the Sacred Realm both changed him into Ganon and fucked that world's shit up until Link rolled around.
