Right Wing Chess Squads

I don't expect this thread to stay up long without getting anchored, maybe several hours at least?? but I'd be pleased if it does. Besides. All the non-neet burgers are asleep right now. With all the chess memes going around…Have any of you starting playing Chess?? So far I think it's pretty fun. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Oh yes,,, and the Romantic period of chess stategy is probably the most aryan. If you want to master it. Just do a few stategy searches.

You'll be 1488D chess in no time.

Remember, Romantic Chess is the most Aryan. I'll stop bumping my own thread and give any 4d chess enthusiasts a chance to reply. If there aren't many replies that's ok. Pls give this thead a chance mods. I know its off topic.

Are you a leaf? Because you give me leaf vibes.

Does it matter? This is a chess thread? You have any stategies or thoughts on the matter?

Yes. But sure, how do I become Bobby Fisher good?

This is not a tips thread. Unless you are already an expert. I am not. I just want to start a discussion for those interested.

I'm not an enthusiast, but I enjoy a good game of chess.
Too bad nobody plays it any more and most would rather mindlessly scroll through their cell phone than engage another human in a friendly match.

If you want to be an okay player, simply study openings and tactics.

chesstempo is a good tactics site, there are a million opening books.

If you want to master the game, it takes an insane amount of discipline and training.

Start with endgame studies, with few pieces on the board, you learn the power of each individual piece, and you learn the true complexity of the game.

Then move on to mating puzzles, most mate problems are very easy, but some are insanely difficult.

All the while you do this, study games of Masters.

Start with Capablanca, who was a positional master and had superb technique.

Move to Alekhine, who was a tactician par excellence.

Keep going until you reach Fischer, who was god.

Study Karpov, but ignore the Jew Kasparov, as computer analysis has shown used unsound attacks.

After you become an expert, then study openings and form detailed opening preparation.

Im always pretty bad, i have difficulty against the computer even on easy. I know how the pieces move and other things like castling and en passant, but like … if i win its because i just remove all their pieces, there is never any premature checkmating

I don't want to study objectively best opening plays because thats boring. If i play against a friend i want us to mostly be on even ground

Thanks user. You sound like you know what you're talking about. I'll really keep your advice in mind.

Thanks, fams. Was gonna ask for something like this. Does it take a lot of memorization? ALso is it best to play with someone else in person, or can you learn by playing against computers/online?

It takes pattern recognition, not memorization until you begin opening study. You learn to spot tactical and positional motifs and apply them in games. There are several billion possible positions in a chess game, so no one can rely on memorization.

I've only been playing for a few days online. I'm tottaly a newb. I'm the OP. BTW. But there is chess.com and a ton of other places to play with REAL people online. Its not actually tha hard to find places to play with real people. Chess is pretty popular. I'd love to see some of us 1488D chess players be good before too long lel.

Dont mean to hijack your thread OP but as a fa/tg/uy I would either recommend chess or some sort of tabletop rpg.

Chess is for addicts and gooks. It's popular in prison.

Just a side story. My grandfather and great great granfather are very very good at checkers. And through them I'm actually pretty good at checkers myself. But for some reason. Chess seems so much more interesting. I might still play some checkers just for family tradition but man. Chess seems more interesting tbh fam. I feel bad saying that

I love chess. I play a lot both online and offline. On chess.com I always have at least five games going at the same time. I also play a lot of blitz chess online.

You sound like an expert…do you have any tips or links for us newfags user?

Also,,this is what I get for posting tipsy, my great great grandfather died just a few months ago. 103 years old. But even until he died. He loved playing Checkers. And he was VERY VERY GOOD.

I love playing chess. Both online and offline.

Tips pls. If you have any before the mods anchor us. I hope they don't but we are wildly offtopic unless you count all the chess memes the last week.

Go is destined to take the place of Chess as the leading intellectual game of the Occident, just as it has reigned supreme in the Orient for some four thousand years.

– Edward Lasker

I negate your gook game sage with a bump. Don't try it again.

Anyone else hate how jewish and pozzed MTG ended up getting about 6 years ago?

The dedication required is gone on the porn generation, brains are fried, the delayed pay off in learning chess is just not desirable. Amazing game but you need to start young to develop the brain, a bit like the piano.

Chess is great fun, but I wish some of the variants like Racing Kings would become more widespread.

Can you pls give some of us newfags some tips or some good links to learn. I know you don't want to. But we are Holla Forumsacks after all???

I'm really not in any position to give tips as far as tactics goes. In general though my grandfather gave me some git gud advice when I was young to "only play against people that are better than you."

.

I play. Even joined a chess club at around age 9. Usually my dad would take me there. The first time my mom took me there was also the last time. She didn't like that I was playing with older gentlemen who drinking Cognac and smoking cigars. Probably ruined my career as chess grandmaster. Thanks mom.

I used to play chess seriously back when I was in school, but now I usually just play online because there's nobody to play against in my area IRL. I personally play in the Romantic-era style which most people aren't used to anymore, my father taught me how to play in that style.
is a great post for anyone who wants to get into chess, but I think it'd be really good if Holla Forums got some sort of a chess club going, I'd like it a lot if I got to play against other Holla Forumsacks.

Chess is redpilled.

Bobby Fischer was probably the only Jew I'd never stick into an oven given how fervent his hatred of his own kind is he'd of probably thrown himself in anyway, and of course the spic patronizes him as just some WhAcKy conspiracy theorist like a good little goyim. How the fuck are people so capable of ignoring honest, justified anger against kikes?

I won some gay trophy @ primary school and went to some championship qualifier thing, the last guy I beat was some jewish guy and he pleaded and pleaded that I make it a stalemate, I did out of pity. After that he proceeded to ignore me and avoid me the whole day.

:^)

Moms are well meaning retards

Chess is a great strategy game. If you want to try something more in line with what Trump is facing since Chess is only two players and Trump is facing dozens of factions try Sternhalma chinese checkers with 6 players.

I used to play a lot with my father like many of you. It actually makes me smile to know that lots of white fathers teach their sons chess, there's something beautiful about a father-son relationship, especially where the father takes time to build his son's intellectual and tactical ability.

Last couple of times I played was where some weird Asian woman was hitting on me and wanted me to beat her boyfriend for some reason - which I did. Asian women are weird. The other time was at a pub where two friends of mine were playing - and they were both terrible, and it became a proxy-chess match between me and this welsh chap. I won that too and we spent the rest of the night ridiculing the actual players for being awful.

I'm definitely going to teach my son how to play when the time comes.

My father taught me too. Chess is great, sharpens your mind, is fun and is great with strangers if there's a board around.

This channel is my favourite, really comfy and he goes over games at just the right speed to not take ages, but still cover it thoroughly even for a beginner, all while being very articulate.

Yeah let me just pop down to the local Kriegspiel supplier and join the club in my community. I hope they accept me with them being so full and all

I'm ok with a game a chess deciding the winner.

Computers are fine but you can find players on lichess. Just play and see what strategies work for you.
Know the 4 move check mate to start. Open up your units and don't be too afraid to sacrifice a piece if you can take out better pieces of your opponents.
You'll rarely get anything for free besides pawns against anyone that isn't a novice. So pick them off if it's safe.

Chess is fun but easy to get discouraged since huge dedication is required to play well. Its also replete with jews for some reason.

Here are some famous jew players just off the top of my head
Tal, botvinnik, both laskers, steinitz, kasparov, fischer, karpov, kramnik, both feingolds and many more.

It probably tears them up inside to see a handsome scandi goy as the reigning world champion. If youre a beginner, some basic basic tips are, dont move the same piece twice during the early game because you want as many options as possible, and putting different pieces on the board gives you more options. If you have a choice to move a piece to the edge of the board vs the center, choose the center as that leaves you with more space and thus more options. Keep your kingside pawn structure untouched if possible, unless you fiancetto. There are exceptioms of course but those are rules of thumb for the uninitiated. Lichess is a free app and has daily puzzles and matchmaking. The user with real advice up thread had some good info.

when I was a Kid, my dad always dragged me to play chess with him, and yet he never let me win, he never dumbed it down for me, thru frustration and the ever growing deside to beat him, I finally managed to do it!…. and then he stopped playign chess with me :(

i was always interested by why normies thought chess required great intelligence.

then i remembered the worlds greatest players were Marxist-Leninist russian jews, and it all fit into place. i could teach a 5 year old to beat you in chess, it's a game for autists with perfect visual recall.

fischer became world champion and he had a barely literate education, he spent about 10 years of his life devoting 12 hours a day to studying chess and memorising games and positions. this is a sign of obedience not intelligence.

It's good for your brain, but apart from that it's just like any other hobby.

This.
It's similar to the way IT is full of pajeets, learning by rote and recall are not the same thing as creative intelligence.

I'm bored, let's play a game.

Whoever comes first gets to play.

I play on chess.com as Yeloby. Ur all welcome to join me.

chess.com/member/yeloby

Yes I have to come to see that Chess is more about memorization than any other thing like tactical genius, creativity, etc.
That said it might still be useful to all to learn at least the basics in order to teach your brain to think in a certain way (action/reaction, the consequences of moving without careful planning, how to eliminate an opponent, the value of even a pawn, how to sacrifice to win) etc.

Funnily, I have been playing on chess.com a bit ever since the nD chess memes have been going on, and I only ever seem to run into pajeets and shitskins. Maybe i'm ranked too low.

If you start up another room I will play you, your opponent seems afk. I will wait a few minutes otherwise I will move on.

Jesus christ I just realized I responded to an hours old post.

Shit sucks. I skip out on certain sets because of "muh smart black women who make artifact vehicles" like the current kaladesh shit.

is it this influx of newfags that's making it so no op knows how to properly break a link or is it just people fucking up who know how to?

anybody got some decent books they could dump?
