One thing I'd like to mention is that one of the possible methods of actually trafficking these people may be RV/trailer rentals. was researching an article about a small sex traffic ring busted in san gabriel and noticed how close the bust was to a mosque, high school and a RV/trailer rental place. I have read one and am in the midst of number 2. You can find one in /pdf/ I think. They are interesting to read. The cases 1900-1950 are usually a bit thin and based solely on newspaper articles, the newer cases have a bit more flesh. The sheer amount of cases is what makes these books intriguing. It's not just 5-6 strange disappearances it's 200-300 per book. The only critique I have is that Paulides exaggerates the health and fitness level of the victims a bit and that he rules out foul play too quick. I'd expect a bit more from a guy who was a cop for 20 years. He also fails to mention the amount of visitors to the parks. Sure 100 disappearances in Yosemite over 100 years sound like a lot but if you realize that 4 million people visit the park every year it puts things into perspective.
