Every year around Mid-April, or rather the week which the 20th falls on, is known as "The Devil's Week" as it is known for extreme violence, tons of bad events, and the birth of the Jew's worse enemy.
Just a small list of events which have occured on Devil's Week:

We should be vigilant on Devil's Week, and look for signs of meme magic. This is one of the most important weeks of the year, and with the ongoing events in the Korean Peninsula and Syria, it's only bound to get more interesting.

I think Timmy was just getting revenge for Waco/Ruby Ridge (which you failed to include).
