My opinion is that he fully intended to live up to his campaign promises, but got either drugged, or "shown the light". He does not appear to be happy with what is going on. And he's getting messed with on top of it all. Whatever the reason for him flipping however, I believe he's now 100 percent neocon, either with a full conscience, will, or not. The missile strikes represent the NWO/CFR taking over Trump. Odds are overwhelming- they are accomplishing this with blackmail, and the the same blackmail leverage is being simultaneously applied to gradually force Bannon out.

Could be that he was never supposed to win in the first place, but rather was elevated to push out Rand Paul who was well respected and considered the front runner when there were only 5 or 6 contenders, not 17.
