And the rest is not up yet.

Ahh…shit, Zoom 2 and the Rogue Cops are back. So..Thawne is killed twice right? Once in the Button and once by Iris?

And Karen Starr Power Girl is back? Yes please!

...

With this it seems like they are going to push Wally hard, which is long overdue right now.

Comic is enjoyable, but I don't know what to make of it. Is it supposed to be commentary on new 52? "Taking a tried idea, injecting it into character that is nothing, and using it to propagate an ideology" part makes it sound like the book is about altering character for ideological pandering, something that Marvel has been more guilty of in recent years.

And now
So the DC fag is either Gerard Way or someone else involved with Young Animal imprint. If so, when is the hotel oblivion coming out and who thought that recruiting Visagio was a good idea?

It was alright, and Silencer's power is something that you rarely see in comics. Romita JR actually managed to draw something that isn't too hard on the eyes for the most part. Last page aside.

This is an interesting opening. I'll be keeping my eye on this. A simple power concept like this has so many opportunities.

This better lead to a JLI reunion, you motherfuckers.

Just have Max be a good guy again, bring back Ralph and Sue Dibny…and we're good.

I typically hate this kind of writing, but I'm honestly shocked nobody ever tried to use the Lord Havoc thing from Gerard Jones' Justice League run as an out to explain Max's heel turn. It was an awful plot device, but nobody ever did anything with it aside from a brief mention in Formerly Known as the Justice League. It's perfect.

Sorry for the late upload Was preoccupied by the new MH

And thats this for this week, There was a lot of good moments this week for just a handful of books which is nice.

If only his name was Matt Hagen, this would've been perfect.

That face is terrible. The artwork seems to have gone down hill in this issue.

So has Batman and Detective Comics been any good at all in Rebirth? I seem to recall people here disliked them in the beginning but haven't really heard anyone talk about them since.

Wasn't she around in the new 52?

Thanks OP.

There was a reference to Rita Farr in last weeks Doomsday Clock. I didn't realize she Elasti-Girl til just just now.

I liked this Clayface issue. Some really nice art.

So in sad news Bendis will be writing Superman after Tomasi and Gleason and He will be taking over Action Comics as well and he is writing Man of Steel miniseries on top of that.

F

I can hardly wait.

I just can't bring myself to enjoy comics any more. Same goes for movies and vidya. I feel Alan Moore's pain. We just go around in circles. I've seen what I want to see, now I'm jaded and empty.

You think Bendis will bring back Muhammad X?

…How can a name with Arabic name in it sounds like the blackest name since Tyrone Clay?

Oh, we should storytime Muhammad X. It's a whole issue of a proto-BLM superhero being a jerk to Superman, and Superman is so horrified at being called racist that he follows him around for what seems like weeks trying to make friends with him. It's precious.

DO IT.

Thanks for the storytime.

and thats all for this week

How come Aquaman has his blue costume on?

He's got Batman underwear on.

Nice to see this one continue.

This issue seems to be a bit better than the previous ones.

Thanks for the storytime OP.

Generally it's much better than previous issues. Batman is no longer a complete jackass, Joker is not constantly glorified, way characters act makes sense, and there are no convenient coincidences and illogical scenarios. To think of it, maybe it is so good because Napier is hardly in it, as most of the issues center around him and his interactions with others.

Main bad part is that Bats are still calling each other by name when in costume, and even through radio in second page on . It is a miracle that they all managed to keep their identities secret in Murphyverse.
There are few issues with layout as well. On splash page in post , panel with Gordon should have been either higher or moved all the way to the left. I would also move the onomatopoeia on 2nd page in , so that it is not perpendicular to the motion that causes it. Right now it looks kind of jarring.

Thank you.

Didn't they do this exact same story but with Superman and Wonder Woman just a few year ago?

Superman/Wonder Woman. Where Lois spurned Clark, and Diana was there to pick up the pieces.

Thanks man.

Thanks OP.

I really liked the Raven story in that Young Monsters in Love issue.

Yep.

Nice reaction image on the third image.

Then that was dropped later on.

So it seem that Superman will end with #49 and have a special where they return to dinosaur island to fulfill their promise.

Why'd it have to be so soon :'(

I always enjoy it when Superheroes actually work with cops, rather than being their own separate special police force.

The story is taking the path I expected from issue one (Looks like Napier and bats working together will be how Gotham City gets better) but I think people were too worried about it being a really awful SJW shoehorn to think it might be any good until now.

Because Bendis ruins fucking everything. It's our fault for believing anything would remain good with the big 2.

I hope that faggot gets another infection. God knows the only way we'll be free of his 'writing' is if he leaves the mortal coil.

Cant post till after work sadly. sorry guys

Is that supposed to be The Brain from Doom Patrol in Nu-Harley's backpack? I don't recall any other Gotham character who would just be a brain.

rest tomorrw

Quick reminder that this shit's been going on since June. 9 fucking months of this repetitive Batwank, and it's somehow still not over. I don't even know how they expect to end it at this point. They've hyped up the evil Batmen as being so fucking far ahead of the curve that I can't see any way the League can beat them without serious asspullery. This issue wasn't even part of the checklist, so I can only assume they had to write it in order to set up some kind of resolution for Metal #6. What a disaster.

Thank fucking god that storyline is over. If I hadn't seen the "Finale" in the title I was about to drop the fucking comic.

This looks pretty good. I have a soft spot for the teenage superhero ala Spiderman.

I know in the beginning they mention Gothic horror but this story seems to remind me more of Lovecraft more than anything.
