It's not-so-good or not-so-bad depending on what it is you want to do.
There are some languages that are better at handling other things.
There are some languages with well developed APIs that, while standalone probably aren't the best suited for the job, but with the APIs end up becoming the preferable option.
It's subjective but not so subjective.
Learned this when deciding what languages I was going to learn.
