The Technocrats were essentially the USA's version of the National Socialists, apart from the actual US NatSocs whom were always relatively tiny by comparison. At their height, Technocracy, Inc. had over 500,000 members who either accepted regular publications from the organization or attended their rallies. If it hadn't been for the New Deal, the Technocrats may have genuinely been a threat to the Jewish Federal Govt. power.
Basically, Technocracy is about all social problems have a technical solution rooted in scientific analysis and technological innovation, and most importantly that production and consumption can be rectified to such a high degree through technical and scientific expertise when you remove the exploitative monetary system, that everything becomes absurdly "cheap" to produce, precipitating firstly a superabundant society, and eventually a post-scarcity society for all manner of essential goods and services. The key is moving away from a Subjective Theory of Value, where the Jews control consumer perceptions and manipulate the value of currency through manipulation and usury, and moving into an Energy Theory of Value where the sum "cost" of any good or service is denominated purely in the raw energy expended to provide it. This is feasible now more than ever thanks to advanced computerization and automation.
So when you destroy the monetary system and move to an Energy Accounting Economy, you're left with the "cost" to produce and provide all of the essential elements of social stability being almost trivially "cheap" to provide, since at every step of production, there is no longer layer upon layer upon layer of profit margin added to the cost, nor all of the absurd inefficiencies of price manipulation due to artificially engineered currency valuation underlying all of the constituent transactions.
You're left with the fact that you have such an absurd surplus of wealth, that all the essentials of society can be distributed equally to everyone. Then, those in society who are meritorious can be provided additional access to the productive forces by virtue of their social contributions and superior ability, i.e. pure meritocracy.

The only "technocracy" I would ever accept would be rule by a friendly superintelligent AI (IE Tay 29.0.1). Such a system would have no need for official power, as it could act entirely using the butterfly effect. Jews "just happen" to die, become sterile, go back to Israel, or whatever, while everyone else "just happens" to be in the right place at the right time for amazing things to happen. People with good ideas get stand in line next to businessmen looking for the next big investment and something "just happens" to break the ice, etc.
Other systems that are called "technocracies" are generally either just watered down versions of other systems. Works better than communism or fascism (as they had in Spain under Franco), but not as well as capitalism. On par with socialism, perhaps.
For systems run by humans, we just need a government that stays out of the economy and enforces laws against fraud, assault, murder, theft, etc.

I throw technocracy into the same overall political frame as Fascism and Communism.
All are focused heavily on how industrialisation is changing humanity and society and how to address these changes.
Often in wildly different ways.
They were the last three groups to have any real vision for the future.
It's interesting but has flaws.
Too much assumption on salvation through technology.
Then there's the technates. Not exactly conductive to encouraging civic virtues.
And of course the big problem.
Selection of leaders.
The technocracy movement never really seemed to figure this one out in a way that really seemed viable.
Proposals of tests to ensure experts in the relevant field became the ones responsible for it sound good until someone asks "who sets the tests and who makes sure the tests aren't biased?"

Once technocracy exists and "progress" becomes the new God everyone strives toward and worships, scientists will be pretty much deified. Not only will they be near worshiped, everyone will want to BE a scientist for the perks/power/fame. Here's the thing, not everyone can be a scientist. Some just aren't smart enough, and others just don't have the patience, or someone just has to do the shitty non-scientist jobs.
You already see alot of this in leftist spheres were they love fake pop-scientists like Bill Nye and Neil Degrasse Tyson. The amount of pretend scientists hogging fame (and money) will only increase in technocracy.

There are a couple problems with science deciding everything in our society. First is who decides what facts are. Sure, your average citizen can grab a telescope to see mars to know it exists, or walk down Detroit to know niggers are dangerous, but your average person can't observe many sciences and hence can be easily fooled. Fake statistics float everywhere on the internet nowadays and a technocratic elite can control this how they see fit. This is why the majority of Holla Forums distrusts "scientific evidence" because theres always a political agenda behind it. Second problem is the abandonment of spiritual religion. Atheism will of course be the spearhead of any technocracy, because of course nothing religious can be scientifically proven to exist. Once science becomes the nu-god, the scientific man starts to worship himself. Others will worship the scientists. Nihilism is for the rest.

I think we will find a middle ground with a technocracy, in the form of a Technocratic Minimalist National State.
Where technology weakens us, we oppose it, where it strengthens us, we wield it.

Alternative theories are shouted down and suppressed just as Semitic religions shout down and suppress alternative views.
As such a combination of a technocracy, as in, unleashing the potential of a Volk's scientific advancement for the sake of the gene, blood and iron of the land and volk. The German's flooded their technological development teams with funding, and it resulted in an overflow of advancements. What we have now is antiquated technologies being hoisted upon us, and their alternatives suppressed because they would represent a technocratic shift.
The answer is no, because we are already in a technocracy. A communist technocracy.
Nationalism must have the appropriate leaders who can discern and coordinate the scientific community so that nepotism and meaningless scientific debate does not stifle innovation and advancement.
In any case, any form of technocracy cannot function as a government without racial purity.
