I've read so many comics trying to find anything decent, it is seriously unironically about a 30:1 ratio I read that was actually good. Look at the comic page OP posted. The words are randomly bolded. When I was first trying to find good comics the scans weren't so great. I legitimately thought that it was some sort of scanning or printing issue that caused words to be randomly bolded. There is no rhyme or reason to any of it, if you took any of these retards' favorite comic, changed which words were bolded, nobody would notice. It's indicative of the lack of thought and terrible writing these comics have. I sincerely cannot think of any equivalent to western comics that is worse.

I'm pretty sure a lot of writers bold words to try to stress them and give a sense of the characters' speech patterns.

Final Crisis is a weird weird beast.
It was one of my first DC books I read and I hated it.
But with each reading, the more I read Morrison's books and as I gain more knowledge of the DC multiverse it gets better.

I played that at a Seattle arcade quite awhile ago and it was honestly and genuinely the first time i've ever felt old. it's so fucking fast that one guy actually lost consciousness while playing it. it looks like it's running in reverse sometimes. the seat is so hard and the force-feedback is so strong that your back will end up hurting and when you get out of that seat everything looks like it's running at one-tenth normal speed.

But that doesn't count, he's a nigger in a game about running from the cops
