I took photos of the survey on my smart phone and had to frame it to make sure my personal information was not present but in doing so I failed to get the section header in frame.

There was tracking information along with my name. They most likely sent it to me because I gave money to sanders. Both parties keep records of their donates to ask for money and to remind them to advocate for them. They don't read the surveys. The survey are there to try to whip people into action and to get them to donate money. The last third of the back is asking for money.
It is a postage paid envelope but the envelope had a message on it asking me to put my own stamp on it to save them money. This is why I mailed it out with no donation and no stamp. To cost them a couple of cents.
Probably "rights" for transgender individuals to have gender reassignment surgery covered by health plans as a genuine condition while simultaneously downplaying transgenderism as a mental health issue. Keep in mind this is about getting money not about policy making and gauging constituents feelings.

Its questions tend to be less specific, such as name top priorities among SS, education, etc. You need to know what current GOP fad is to know what you would be endorsing. I could totally see my mother saying her top priorities are SS and Medicare and the GOP saying, aha, she wants SS and Medicare spending cuts.
