Some Wizardry clones let you capture and use pretty much any enemy in the game as a PC. Off the top of my head Demise also does this. Probably not what you're looking for in terms of narrative, though.

Elona plus continues development of the game since the original dev quit.

Summary: It had potential to be an alright dungeon crawler, but isn't. Just another collection of anime CG basically, it's not even particularly hentai, the "uncensored" pics are really just pinup style more than anything else, there's no focus on actually doing lewd shit, it's more about fan-service.
Stranger of Sword City, an actually good dungeon crawler, is coming out today, so if you want to play an actual game in this style I'd suggest that. If you want to see some tittys and dress grills up in outfits I guess this is an alright torrent, but don't expect much.
No idea how this game works, but try editing the values you want to to change with Cheat Engine.
