most of the people here that actually played it and were in the undertale threads for about a month to two months after it was released (before they got irreparably cancerous and anybody with two brain cells bailed) seems to pop by to agree the game itself isn't really anything special as far as its actual content goes, i myself think it's a huge fountain of wasted potential with many of its story elements, badly written in general and doesn't deserve most of the attention it received but there again most of the attention it received is from people who haven't played it at all, whether they love it or hate it
