tbh the only way to have full, non-statist communism is with technology much more advanced than our own. That's why I think the socialist transition stage will have to be pretty long, until all the forces of the past system have disappeared and we have the technology to automate everything. But until then we need a workers' state and proletarian dictatorship. Anarchism can't work because it's basically just saying "I don't want to get involved with capitalists and their states so I'm gonna found my own communes and free territories" which is doomed to fail because you might not be want to be involved in the state apparatus, but that doesn't mean the state apparatus doesn't want to be involved with you (by which I mean arrest and kill you, of course).

No, we need to make the existing level of technology accessible to the masses. It doesn't matter how advanced our tech is if only porky has his hands on it. Otherwise you're just making class divisions easier to enforce.
