Modding Doom is always fun. The following is my favorite mod, Real Guns Advanced 2 (AKA the Call of Duty mod.) All guns replaces with real weapons, new difficulties, new enemies, and the game is actually faster then vanilla Doom. (I just wish it didn't have Last Stand and the Bloody Screen So Real.)

I once saw a video fo a Doom weapon mod with a super shotgun replacement that was reloaded like the Postal 2 shotgun: Doomguy picks up a huge handful of shells and slams the whole handful into the barrels, scattering shells everywhere. I've never been able to identify the mod or find the video again.

While I've found a few artists through related works and collaborations, I still am amazed at how wide a collection of musicians the HLM devs and especially this guy come up with.

I wasn't expecting you to know that EA was evil in the 90s (they still were, and it was still obvious). I expected you to know how shit their games were, and know the difference between an arcade racing game and the garbage EA makes.

A 100% hit/crit rapid fire Mech attack vs a priority target makes me very happy.

Morrowind, Oblivion, and Undertale are both games that make me really happy.

I like playing video games with an arcade-feel to them. Makes it easy to jump in and play whenever you want.

I do have fun playing those games though.

Some EA-published games made by other developers (Westwood, Maxis, Bullfrog) were fun. The more EA stuck their fingers into things, the worse the resulting games were.

Here's one though. I was looking for a good video and realized it's playable in demul. Now I'm even happier than when I was throwing EA's racing games in the garbage where they belong.

I really like Generation 1 of Pokemon

It's so druglike and exciting and the zany, radical 90's anime monster designs are really cool to me. I really like how infatuated it was with itself with how many spin-offs it had and how it had a TV show which was, again, so in-love with itself with all of it's songs and fun little plots.

It makes me sad that people just look at it as shitposting fuel nowadays and nothing else. But then again the Pokemon fandom is a pretty shitty place anyways so, eh. I really do like Venusaur, Slowbro, Exeggcutor, Raichu, Blastoise, and stuff. I guess maybe I'm just growing out of Pokemon now? The games feel a little too simple for me now.

Though speaking of Pokemon and things that I like, Monster Hunter has recently really gotten my love. I love how the gameplay is so fun and complex and it doesn't sacrifice any of the fun to make it seem more movie-like and less gamey. It makes itself beautiful and cinematic through it's own gameplay, and through letting the player be the hero and take down large beasts with their skill instead of having some large beast be an easy fight and then having everyone praise you for killing it in some scripted battle.

There's so much gameplay meat to it and the areas in the game are absolutely beautiful, and it has so many cool monster designs that actually look like real animals that could survive and hunt in the wild in our world. The monsters have their own roars and noises even down to having their own snores that they make when they sleep. They all have their own instincts and behaviors as well, and they even come in different sizes so two of the same species can still be a little different as well.

There are a lot of fun weapons and everything and then, even if that wasn't enough, they have multiplayer so you can team up with a good friend and enjoy the experience together. It actually has gameplay meat and it's pretty much just a modern old game; just how people would've made a game back in the SNES days with todays technology, much like Dark Souls is. Dark Souls feels more like a modern reimagining of an NES Castlevania though so it's kind of different in that aspect

STALKER is fun. Whenever I feel like I need something fun to do, I play STALKER.

Not losing games/not losing players in FUMBBL is what makes me happy.

Too bad that doesn't happen often with a record of 7 wins, 4 draws, and 23 losses because I suck at this game and only 2 players on the original roster are left as many others were killed or retired.
