Vice city has a graphics mod which makes it look pretty good even today. Also there is a mod to bring in some stuff from the PS2 version. pcgamingwiki (link is in the git repo`s OP pasta) has the links and such.

You need to use an older version of flash for ECM 4, the rip is fine, the thing just doesn't work properly.

As for getting the others to work properly, just use the index.html file. You'll need to go into the flash settings and set wherever you downloaded it to as a trusted folder, otherwise the parts won't link together properly.

It has broken GFWL DRM which means even many of the people who bought it can't get it to run anymore. Even if you do get it running the performance will make you wish you hadn't.

If you crack the game properly there shouldn't be any DRM issues at all. And the performance isn't that bad either (I've run the game on a crappy PC). I've seen much worse ports.

Do you have any tips on how to make games look half decent? Last time I tried Dyante`s: Inferno with PPSSPP it still looked horrible even with most settings turned up to the highest even the internal resolution I belive.

Apparently the Beta 4 fan retranslation patch for Ar Tonelico II is now out (thanks to a member of Atelier Traduction helping them with some coding issues). I use OBS. It does streaming and recording, it's good quality, and it's free.

I found that my pirate Bandicam refuses to work if i install it on a my C drive which is an SSD. Works completely fine if i install to another drive, and i have to say it works fantastic, i can use lots of codecs and it has an optimized recording option for AMD cards.
I prefer it to OBS because i can be a lazy fuck with it since setup and operation takes minimal effort.

On the other side of the coin OBS is great but you need to work more to get better results.
