I stopped playing when the 4th edition came out. Saw a thread on /tg/ for new models and it looked like they're back on the right track. At least forgeworld is in any case. Thankfully you can get their stuff for cheap on Chinese sites that sell recasts.

Just imagine what the range of that axe must be. It's one of the dumbest models of theirs I've seen. Ever since the Tau and their gundam robots came out every army got massive humanoid robots. The Penitent Engine, Nemesis Dreadknight and Centurion all look terrible. Walkers in 40k used to be unique; sentinels, dreadnought and that eldar walker suited the aesthetic for the army.

THe new editions are pretty shit to be honest. Only Necrons, space marines, knights, tau, and eldar are viable against eachother. Adept Mechanicus are mediocre while everything else is some level of shit with Orks at the bottom sadly.

I never allowed myself to get excited. I never do with new games. If this turns out as bad as most modern games just cut your losses and play good old warhammer games.

They're an AAA company that already has their heads up their asses, so unlike Dina I really doubt these chicks will damage the game's development even further due to terrible communication between community and devs, as there was zero communication between devs and community during development of two previous games.

If I were you I'd rather be concerned about the game design (simplification of multiple systems such as cover, for instance), ingame aesthetics and pricing and DLC policies, these two bitches are irrelevant to the major fuckup that is bound to happen.
