Teachers are beneficial but on a super skewed scale, like if you aren't excellent then you aren't shit. Also teaching someone to do something for real is hard labor and these fat cows aren't about to do that to themselves.

My sisters roommate teaches 3rd grade and needs a TA to translate because the only kids in her class that speak English is the one white girl and a few nigs with their niggerbabble. The spics claim their parents tell them not to learn English because they're taking the area over and everyone will speak Spanish here in the future.
My mother used to teach English to 7th and 8th grade middle school kids and wasn't permitted to mark the niggers off for Ebonics/Grammar. Despite this she still had nogs in her classes that were 17 years old because they couldn't pass.
This sort of thing is happening everywhere but it's being covered up. I know a guy who works in a management consulting firms, and there is quite often a correlation between female/non-white workers and low store profits.
Turns out hiring unqualified staff simply because of their race/gender doesn't really work out in the long run. Needless to say whenever this correlation is presented it's always hushed up and removed from official paperwork because it's a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
Also many teachers are dumb as fuck, especially the female ones. Had an ex-girlfriend who did teaching, her literacy skills were about grade 9 level. She still ended up getting through it because she escalated things every time she was failed. Honestly one of the first things I would do if I took over education would be to strictly enforce literacy, numeracy and IQ tests on all teachers.
