I don't know if anyone has ever heard of Ghost, but he has a podcast called True Capitalist Radio. It's a decent show and if people are bored I'd suggest listening to a few of them. Gives actually good market advice and prophetically called some shit during the Obama administration (I think he has a pinned episode where he called a ton of huge shit)
Anyone that watches or listens the show knows that there's a horde of bronies that for some reason stalk the shit out of him 24/7. They restream the audio with one of their streamers playing DOOM or some other shit while they just act like teenage fags in the chatroom.
They shit up the show to the point of where it prevents Ghost from putting out more information that's valuable and rare. They seem to be mostly pro Trump but some elements within them seem like there's some weird shit going on.
Just curious if anyone ever listened/watched and noticed anything strange about them, other than they're all fags.
I've yet to see proof as to the domain ownership or the fact that a reverse image search showed a stock file name. This feels like a cuckchan tier fraud. Nah, it's funny, but where's the sauce? Why hasn't anyone linked the domain to McMuffin?

Former ponyfag here. Served two tours of duty on Mr. Bones' Wild Ride on /mlp/ and later on the now defunct MLPchan /user/. The appeal of the show was that in the first two seasons especially, it was like a glimpse into a perfect world that we couldn't ever have. There was an immortal benevolent dictator at the top, plain and obvious imperial might keeping the world in order, healthy attitudes toward race, beautiful architecture at one with nature, and a clear-cut fight between good and evil with good as the dominant power, all wrapped up in the approximate format of a slice-of-life anime with surprisingly decent characters. The characters, although not Moby Dick-tier deep, are still far deeper than what you would find on a typical children's show. It was a show specifically designed to not make adults want to kill themselves when their children watched it on TV.
Board culture itself was forged on Holla Forums in 2011-2012, and we took a lot of that with us when /mlp/ was formed, furries and all. They stuck around for the porn, mostly. We tried to escape them, but because we were just as deeply depressed as Holla Forums at the time if not more so, we let them consume us. Instead of porn being mostly memes ("I watch it for the plot", "IWTCIRD"), it became the dominant aspect, despite /mlp/ supposedly being a SFW board. I think we memed it into reality without realizing it, looking back on it.
My opinion is that if MLP had stayed on Holla Forums in the very early days instead of moving to Holla Forums, it probably wouldn't have become nearly as big as it did. Once it moved to Holla Forums, you'd see five MLP threads on the top page every time, and it became impossible for all the underageb& to ignore.

First, Spongebob and the Fairly Odd Parents were comparatively shallow, obnoxious comedies (though don't get me wrong, I liked those too, growing up) while MLP was actually meant to be more of a serious show with a whole world inspired by the real Europe, and that is something that speaks to a lot of people. Not everybody can feel that connection, though. Second, the immaturity of the internet in the late 1990s made the formation of such a community much for difficult for those two shows. MLP was the first really good show that came to be in the social media age, and that is the largest reason why it became as big as it did, once it escaped 4chan. You couldn't shitpost spongebob and FOP on Holla Forums and spam it to tumblr and facebook in 1999 because none of it existed yet.
Yeah, I agree. Saved that back in 2013 when I was still on the ride. To be clear, I am aware of the harmful aspects of MLP, and that is why I no longer watch it. I came to a point in my life where I had to choose between MLP and its degeneracy or National Socialism. I made my choice.
