Sell at good, cheap prices (usually a little under 100% of the retail value from what i remember) until you max out that character's trust. Then keep selling low to keep getting high combos so you can get more EXP and hit max level or price things high to start making money.

For the economic Jew only Anno games (1404 is the best one) and MMOs, especially EvE, haven't been posted of those that come to mind.
True Jew games are grand strat, 4x, all those where you deal in power rather than money (though power is often in the form of money). If you can get into Dominions, that offers massive Jewish opportunities since you will often play with 10+ other players and the diplomacy doesn't exist apart from spoken agreements that can be broken whenever you feel like it.
