deceit, or misrepresentation.

This is literally the first rule in the handbook. And this, from Section 3.4:

The feds have already said they are not seeking to prosecute her, so she is already getting away with it. Any internal investigation from Oregon, particularly Multnomah County (the county Portland is in and the most pozzed county in Oregon) will lead to nothing. They will give her the equivalent as a firm talking to for actually getting caught, and will most likely show her how to accomplish it next time without notice. Gov Brown and the Mayor of Portland are keeping Multnomah county a sanctuary against Trump's EO.

Oregon would be so much better off without Multnomah County.

I don't think ICE has authority over a Judge.

It is deliberately made very difficult to remove or otherwise discipline a sitting judge. If it was easy, just think about how much complaining would be done every time a judge renders an unpopular verdict.

That said, this isn't a judge using her experience to craft an unpopular sentence; this is a judge abusing her power over the court to flout the law and subvert a criminal investigation. Whatever the public's fucking opinion of the law, the president, the ICE, or anything else, the way to deal with this is not for a fucking judge to Anne Frank a beaner menace with a rap sheet.

The only way to see justice on this side of the grave is to really make a public stink over this. Lay into the Oregon Bar Association on as many channels as possible and demand to know why a judge who appears to have brazenly committed a felony in her own courtroom is just being told to write an apology letter or pay a fine.

Also bring pressure on the federal prosecutor, who is a Trump appointee, and any member of Congress, which brings heat on the Justice Department. Honestly, I don't see her getting frog-marched into a van for this – she is a pillar of the (((system))), after all – but the kikes at the Bar Association will only move when there's a Trump-sized fire under their asses.
