I tried 3 different approaches, all of which using Comic Sans since it looks somewhat similar. The first one I replaced Russia with pedophile rings, but the length made the to awkwardly close to the hand, and scaling the font size down to put it at a better length made the added words stand out noticeably.
The second approach was to replace the whole body with a comic sans retype, but I couldnt get the right side to align properly and it doesn't look adequate as a result imo.
The third approach was to replace Russia with child abuse instead of pedophile rings. I think it looks the best but not sure if it really drives the message home.

The DOJ will investigate the Clinton Foundation and the ties of Hillary's campaign, but Sessions never planned to be part of the investigation. It is standard procedure during politically contentious investigations to pass the investigation on to a "non-partisan" DOJ lawyer. Remember that during speeches Trump said he would assign a special prosecutor to look into Hillary, so he probably already has someone else in mind.

Also, "The Russian Investigation" is fake news. There is no Russian Investigation, and you can't appoint a Special Prosecutor unless there are charges or a Grand Jury is convened (there is no evidence at all, so this won't happen.) And even if the Trump Campaign "colluded" with Russia, they didn't the only statute they could violate is The Logan Act which hasn't been prosecuted since the 1790s. If they did try to use the Logan Act then literally ANYONE who was in Washington over the last half century could be convicted as well. I'd personally love to AIPAC squirm after a Logan Act conviction, but this is precisely why it won't happen.
