The question is, are police allowed to detain someone at the behest of a private entity? For example, cops can make you leave private property at the will of the property owner, but they won't throw you in jail unless you are trespassing, because that's an actual crime. If the school tells the cops to arrest someone for antisemitic remarks, no crime has been committed, so with what legitimacy can the police actually detain them? Or is that the whole point, that all of this is bullshit and the marxiversities are far too powerful and overstepping all reasonable bounds?

If it was challenged in court, unless the court from the appellate courts all the way up to the Supreme Court are staffed with at least a 2/3s majority of sane, Constitution-abiding justices, this case would get shut down in a heartbeat.
