Holla Forums why aren't you studying Karma Yoga?

Everything you're about to read are excerpts I've taken out of a 1921 book by Swami Vivekananda:

"To the man who has begun to hate himself the gate to degeneration has already opened; and the same is true of a nation."

This shit right here is true morality.

A criticism of the humanitarian/philanthropist who doesn't have their priorities straight.

"In studying the great characters the world has produced, I dare say, in the vast majority of cases, it would be found that it was misery that taught more than happiness, it was poverty that taught more than wealth, it was blows that. brought out their inner fire more than praise."

If Holla Forums recalls that meme about good times producing soft men, soft men producing hard times, hard times producing hard men, and hard men producing good times… it is quite relevant.

"The whole of nature is for the soul, not the soul for nature."

A thread died for this crap

Yoga has been taken over by satanists long ago and is filled with new age hipster retards. Thanks but no thanks, I can meditate without using poo in the loo techniques

Swami Vivekananda btfo out of Egalitarians again.

This book was written in 1921 you fucking faggot and everything he says in it makes him literally Hitler by today's standards. I have read Mein Kampf and I read this Karma Yoga book and they are much the same. He also tells about different castes, the rules of the householder, how men aren't all equal, what the role of the woman and the man is, etc. and there's not a single pozzed thing in the whole book.

He doesn't tell you techniques in here, it's not about meditation at all, karma yoga is the yoga of work/action. It's all about doing and coming closer to god through doing.

At least read the first chapter of it before you criticize.

ARBEIT MACHT FREI!

This very phrase sums up karma yoga.

There's a part where he admits the white race is superior and shits on Amerindians btw.

>Absolute equality, that which means a perfect balance of all the struggling forces in all the planes, can never be in this world. Before you attain that state, the world will have become quite unfit for any kind of life, and no one will be there. We find, therefore, that all these ideas of the millennium and of absolute equality are not only impossible but also that, if we try to carry them out, they will lead us surely enough to the day of destruction. What makes the difference between man and man? It is largely the difference in the brain. Nowadays no one but a lunatic will say that we are all born with the same brain power. We come into the world with unequal endowments; we come as greater men or as lesser men, and there is no getting away from that pre-natally determined condition. The American Indians were in this country for thousands of years, and a few handfuls of your ancestors came to their land. What difference have they caused in the appearance of the country! Why did not the Indians make improvements and build cities, if all were equal? With your ancestors a different sort of brain power came into the land, different bundles of past impressions came, and they worked out and manifested themselves. Absolute non-differentiation is death. So long as this world lasts, differentiation there will and must be, and the millennium of perfect equality will come only when a cycle of creation comes to its end. Before that equality cannot be. Yet this idea of realising the millennium is a great motive power. Just as inequality is necessary for creation itself, so the struggle to limit it is also necessary. If there were no struggle to become free and get back to God, there would be no creation either. It is the difference between these two forces that determines the nature of the motives of men. There will always be these motives to work, some tending towards bondage and others towards freedom.

Here is where he shits on Native Americans and admits the white race is superior.

Are any other teachings more perfectly aligned with the ethos of the Germanic race, with the ideology of Nationalism Socialism, and with the writings of the Fuhrer? I doubt you can find any. All of Holla Forums should become karma yogis if they aren't already. Ignore the subhuman pajeets, these writings were preserved and past on the by the whitest upper-caste of India, the aryans.

Swami Vivekananda was based as fuck.

Are you guys going to stop using the swastika because pajeets?

>Before considering further how devotion to duty helps us in our spiritual progress, let me place before you in a brief compass another aspect of what we in India mean by Karma. In every religion there are three parts; philosophy, mythology and ritual. Philosophy of course is the essence of every religion; mythology explains and illustrates it by means of the more or less legendary lives of great men, stories and fables of wonderful things and so on; ritual gives to that philosophy a still more concrete form, so that every one may grasp it—ritual is in fact concretised philosophy. This ritual is Karma; it is necessary in every religion, because most of us cannot understand abstract spiritual things until we grow much spiritually. It is easy for men to think that they can understand anything, but when it comes to practical experience they find that abstract ideas are often very hard to comprehend. Therefore symbols are of great help and we cannot dispense with the symbolical method of putting things before us. From time immemorial symbols have been used by all kinds of religions. In one sense we cannot think but in symbols; words themselves are symbols of thought. In another sense everything in the universe may be looked upon as a symbol. The whole universe is a symbol and God is the essence behind. This kind of symbology is not simply the creation of man; it is not that certain people belonging to a religion sit down together and think out certain symbols, and bring them into existence out of their own minds. The symbols of religion have a natural growth. Otherwise, why is it that certain symbols are associated with certain ideas in the mind of almost every one? Certain symbols are universally prevalent. Many of you may think that the cross first came into existence as a symbol in connection with the Christian religion; but as a matter of fact it existed before Christianity was, before Moses was born, before the Vedas were given out, before there was any human record of human things. The cross may be found to have been in existence among the Aztecs and the Phoenicians: every race seems to have had the cross. Again the symbol of the crucified Saviour, of a man crucified upon a cross, appears to have been known to almost every nation. The circle has been a great symbol throughout the world. Then there is the most universal of all symbols, the Swastika. At one time it was thought that the Buddhists carried it all over the world with them, but it has been found out that ages before Buddhism it was used among nations. In old Babylon and in Egypt it was to be found. What does this show? All these symbols could not have been purely conventional. There must be some reason for them, some natural association between them and the human mind. Language is not the result of convention; it is not that people ever agreed to represent certain ideas by certain words; there never was an idea without a corresponding word or a word without a corresponding idea; ideas and words are in their nature inseparable. The symbols to represent ideas may be sound symbols or colour symbols. Deaf and dumb people have to think with other than sound symbols. Every thought in the mind has a form as its counterpart; this is called in Sanskrit philosophy nâma-rupa—name and form. It is as impossible to create by convention a system of symbols as it is to create a language. In the world's ritualistic symbols we have an expression of the religious thought of humanity. It is easy to say that there is no use of rituals and temples and all such paraphernalia; every baby says that in modern times. But it must be easy for all to see that those who worship inside a temple are in many respects different from those who will not worship there. Therefore the association of particular temples, rituals and other concrete forms with particular religions has a tendency to bring into the mind of the followers of those religions the thoughts for which those concrete things stand as symbols; and it is not wise to ignore rituals and symbology altogether. The study and practice of these things form naturally a part of Karma-Yoga.

Yoga came to India from the ancient Iranians (Aryans). When you find the source you can abandon all the other cultural superstition.

Swami Vivekananda was a nationalist through and through and his teachings preserved Hinduism from destruction and gave India its pride back.

From the wikipedia article on him:

>Swami Vivekananda Bengali: [ʃami bibekanɒnɖo] ( listen), Shāmi Bibekānondo; 12 January 1863 – 4 July 1902), born Narendranath Datta (Bengali: [nɔrendro natʰ dɔtto]), was an Indian Hindu monk, a chief disciple of the 19th-century Indian mystic Ramakrishna. He was a key figure in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world and is credited with raising interfaith awareness, bringing Hinduism to the status of a major world religion during the late 19th century. He was a major force in the revival of Hinduism in India, and contributed to the concept of nationalism in colonial India. Vivekananda founded the Ramakrishna Math and the Ramakrishna Mission. He is perhaps best known for his speech which began, "Sisters and brothers of America …," in which he introduced Hinduism at the Parliament of the World's Religions in Chicago in 1893.

>Born into an aristocratic Bengali family of Calcutta, Vivekananda was inclined towards spirituality. He was influenced by his Guru, Ramakrishna Deva, from whom he learnt that all living beings were an embodiment of the divine self; therefore, service to God could be rendered by service to mankind. After Ramakrishna's death, Vivekananda toured the Indian subcontinent extensively and acquired first-hand knowledge of the conditions prevailing in British India. He later travelled to the United States, representing India at the 1893 Parliament of the World Religions. Vivekananda conducted hundreds of public and private lectures and classes, disseminating tenets of Hindu philosophy in the United States, England and Europe. In India, Vivekananda is regarded as a patriotic saint and his birthday is celebrated there as National Youth Day.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swami_Vivekananda

National Youth Day is the equivalent of a celebration of the Hitler Youth: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitler_Youth

SAVE US, CURE-CHAN!

Buddha himself was from aryan descent. He was the son of an indian emperor, who were members of a long aryan bloodline.
Buddhism is the way to go. Just meditate and your mental powers will come just like that. You will have the ability to use your mind and your body to defend yourself from every evil, be it physical or metaphysical.
If Holla Forumsacks become Bodhisattvas, we will win.
Simple as that.

The source works are often unclear and shitty. Are you going to name some specific books and authors or not? This text on karma yoga is a good one, I read it myself rather hesitantly at first, but found all this redpilled shit I did not expect to find. We can all learn plenty from nationalistic / far-right philosophers around the world.

This is what Swami Vivekananda has to say about buddha (this is the very last paragraph in his book on karma yoga):

Buddha had blue eyes. Blue eyes are from Europe, nowhere else. That means Buddha's lineage traces back to Europe.

Nice thread OP, bumping.

The Avesta
Of course. We can learn their interpretation of the teachings they received from the ancient Aryans.

What are your recommendations as to very high-quality, high-value buddhist texts? Meditation is most certainly my favourite path along with philosophy. Bhakti yoga and karma yoga are less important to me. I guess that makes me a Jnani yogi, same as the Buddha.

>As the tortoise tucks its feet and head inside the shell, and you may kill it and break it in pieces, and yet it will not come out, even so the character of that man who has control over his motives and organs is unchangeably established. He controls his own inner forces, and nothing can draw them out against his will. By this continuous reflex of good thoughts, good impressions moving over the surface of the mind, the tendency for doing good becomes strong, and as the result we feel able to control the indriyas (the sense-organs, the nerve centres). Thus alone will character be established; then alone a man gets to truth; such a man is safe for ever; he cannot do any evil; you may place him in any company; there will be no danger for him. There is a still higher state than having this good tendency, and that is the desire for liberation. You must remember that freedom of the soul is the goal of all Yogas, and each one equally leads to the same result. By work alone men may get to where Buddha got largely by meditation or Christ by prayer. Buddha was a working Jnani; Christ was a Bhakta, but the same goal was reached by both of them. The difficulty is here. Liberation means entire freedom—freedom from the bondage of good, as well as from the bondage of evil. A golden chain is as much a chain as an iron one. There is a thorn in my finger, and I use another to take the first one out, and when I have taken it out I throw both of them aside; I have no necessity for keeping the second thorn, because both are thorns after all. So the bad tendencies are to be counteracted by the good ones, and the bad impressions on the mind should be removed by the fresh waves of good ones, until all that is evil almost disappears, or is subdued and held in control in a corner of the mind; but after that, the good tendencies have also to be conquered. Thus the "attached" becomes the "unattached." Work, but let not the action or the thought produce a deep impression on the mind; let the ripples come and go; let huge actions proceed from the muscles and the brain, but let them not make any deep impression on the soul.

Karma yoga is laid out in the bhagavad gita, which is the most badass scripture ever recorded in history. Highly recommended.

Is this copy of it ok? yogebooks.com/english/atkinson/1907-01bhagavadgita.pdf

I've read several chapters out of it and the skimmed but I still have to finish reading it 100% front-to-back without rushing.

This is important. This is essentially "racial memory."

>If we divide mankind into three categories–founders of culture, bearers of culture, and destroyers of culture–the Aryan alone can be considered as representing the first category. It was he who laid the groundwork and erected the walls of every great structure in human culture. Only the shape and colour of such structures are to be attributed to the individual characteristics of the various nations. It is the Aryan who has furnished the great building-stones and plans for the edifices of all human progress; only the way in which these plans have been executed is to be attributed to the qualities of each individual race. Within a few decades the whole of Eastern Asia, for instance, appropriated a culture and called such a culture its own, whereas the basis of that culture was the Greek mind and Teutonic skill as we know it. Only the external form–at least to a certain degree–shows the traits of an Asiatic inspiration. It is not true, as some believe, that Japan adds European technique to a culture of her own. The truth rather is that European science and technics are just decked out with the peculiar characteristics of Japanese civilization. The foundations of actual life in Japan to-day are not those of the native Japanese culture, although this characterizes the external features of the country, which features strike the eye of European observers on account of their fundamental difference from us; but the real foundations of contemporary Japanese life are the enormous scientific and technical achievements of Europe and America, that is to say, of Aryan peoples. Only by adopting these achievements as the foundations of their own progress can the various nations of the Orient take a place in contemporary world progress. The scientific and technical achievements of Europe and America provide the basis on which the struggle for daily livelihood is carried on in the Orient. They provide the necessary arms and instruments for this struggle, and only the outer forms of these instruments have become gradually adapted to Japanese ways of life.

i dont think you realize Holla Forums are new age hipster retards

Ancient chinks were actually white:

https:// www.researchgate.net/publication/12362832_Genetic_Structure_of_a_2500-Year-Old_Human_Population_in_China_and_Its_Spatiotemporal_Changes

White displacement has been going on for a long time.

If, from to-day onwards, the Aryan influence on Japan would cease–and if we suppose that Europe and America would collapse–then the present progress of Japan in science and technique might still last for a short duration; but within a few decades the inspiration would dry up, and native Japanese character would triumph, while the present civilization would become fossilized and fall back into the sleep from which itwas aroused about seventy years ago by the impact of Aryan culture. We may therefore draw the conclusion that, just as the present Japanese development has been due to Aryan influence, so in the immemorial past an outside influence and an outside culture brought into existence the Japanese culture of that day. This opinion is very strongly supported by the fact that the ancient civilization of Japan actually became fossilizied and petrified. Such a process of senility can happen only if a people loses the racial cell which originally had been creative or if the outside influence should be withdrawn after having awakened and maintained the first cultural developments in that region. If it be shown that a people owes the fundamental elements of its culture to foreign races, assimilating and elaborating such elements, and if subsequently that culture becomes fossilized whenever the external influence ceases, then such a race may be called the depository but never the creator of a culture.

If we subject the different peoples to a strict test from this standpoint we shall find that scarcely any one of them has originally created a culture, but almost all have been merely the recipients of a culture created elsewhere.

This development may be depicted as always happening somewhat in the following way:

Aryan tribes, often almost ridiculously small in number, subjugated foreign peoples and, stimulated by the conditions of life which their new country offered them (fertility, the nature of the climate, etc.), and profiting also by the abundance of manual labour furnished them by the inferior race, they developed intellectual and organizing faculties which had hitherto been dormant in these conquering tribes. Within the course of a few thousand years, or even centuries, they gave life to cultures whose primitive traits completely corresponded to the character of the founders, though modified by adaptation to the peculiarities of the soil and the characteristics of the subjugated people. But finally the conquering race offended against the principles which they first had observed, namely, the maintenance of their racial stock unmixed, and they began to intermingle with the subjugated people. Thus they put an end to their own separate existence; for the original sin committed in Paradise has always been followed by the expulsion of the guilty parties.

After a thousand years or more the last visible traces of those former masters may then be found in a lighter tint of the skin which the Aryan blood had bequeathed to the subjugated race, and in a fossilized culture of which those Aryans had been the original creators. For just as the blood. of the conqueror, who was a conqueror not only in body but also in spirit, got submerged in the blood of the subject race, so the substance disappeared out of which the torch of human culture and progress was kindled. In so far as the blood of the former ruling race has left a light nuance of colour in the blood of its descendants, as a token and a memory, the night of cultural life is rendered less dim and dark by a mild light radiated from the products of those who were the bearers of the original fire. Their radiance shines across the barbarism to which the subjected race has reverted and might often lead the superficial observer to believe that he sees before him an image of the present race when he is really looking into a mirror wherein only the past is reflected.

(Read Chapter 11 - Race and People , it's around page 236)

Swami Vivekananda is not new age. If you want to avoid new age stuff, just go straight to the sources (yoga sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, etc.). They are all still good.

In his writings the idea of bloodlines working themselves out, perfecting themselves, and eventually producing a son that is pure enough to achieve complete unfoldment is in there. Hold on a moment, I'll quote the part I'm talking about…

Redpill on women from Swami Vivekananda:

This meme exists because nogs claim things that never happened and for which no evidence exists as their history, while it is well known that aryans ruled India in Siddharta Gautama´s time and since he was a son of an emperor, tall and had blue eyes and high cheekbones according to the scriptures, it is obvious that he really was aryan.

Start with the three baskets. Afterwards, i would recommend reading some scriptures of the patriarchs of Zen.
I suppose you have read a detailed explanation of the 4 truths and the eightfold path of Buddhism like Buddha teached it already. This would be the first thing to do, of course.

For the calm and peaceful aspects of Buddhism, i can recommend Thich Nhat Hanh, especially to listen to. He is masterful in speaking directly to the soul, but he seems to embrace the pacifist side of Buddhism more than the duty to fight the evil in the world to ensure harmony in your surroundings, which helps other beings to become enlightened. There are many teachers who had a more strict and less palliative viewpoint, especially from Japan during the era of the Samurai.

Racial memory / lineages becoming more perfect / your ancestors matter.

Anyone who is worried about the Satanic boogieman is ignoring the Jew reality. Everything attributed to satanists such as blood ritual sacrifices of goyim children, is all done by JEWS. Satanism is a big fat boogieman. All forms of Satanism as practiced by self-described Satanists is nothing but cringey fedora-tier shit not worth fearing at all. Judaism is the real threat.

MUH SATANISTS WAAHHHH!!

We need to push back, we need to reclaim European and North Africa and parts of Asia… makes the shitskins have to retreat very far away from us to survive.

Cultural appropriation, smh.

meditation is garbage and a waste of time, seems like you need to go back and review uncle yuri

Good shit. I've heard of this guy but didn't know he wanted to GTKRWN. I like it.

These idiots spouting off about New Age and Satanism don't know fuck all about anything.

Hinduism: sacred-texts.com/hin/index.htm

Vivekananda is in a sense the quintessential Hindu because without him there'd be no Hinduism in India.

I have responded to this some time ago already. He seems to refer to some obscure new-age, westernized teachings, which use meditation as a mere distraction from life, a form of thought suppression where you just desperately try to push away whatever rises up before your inner eye, and has likely never really meditated in his life.

This is not what meditation is about.
Meditation is about letting thoughts pass by like clouds and letting go of useless impressions you assembled, so your mind becomes more focused, calm and filled with less useless garbage. A good meditation session will give you input about what the important tasks and issues are right now, as they will appear clear and dominant in your mind, while every "thought loop" that reoccurs repetitively and leads nowhere can be dissolved after a while. This enhances creative and productive thinking (talk about red pills!), as well as the mass of grey cells in your brain.

Good meditation will in fact give you more insight about life and the world itself, since a focused and clear mind will be able to question the information the media and the government try to get you to swallow up.
This is why Buddhists like Ashin Wirathu in Myanmar are fighting against Muslims on a large scale, while the west remains passive and sheep-like. Here, people are absorbing mindless entertainment and high amounts of useless information while distracting themselves with meaningless conversations about irrelevant topics. Their mind is filled to the top. Meditation could make them let go of all that crap and make them come back to reality, which ultimately leads to red pills, since a focused and stimulated mind picks up on deceptions and lies.

Drop the links on >>>/ask/ to whatever you want me to read, I've only read "The Jhanas", and some random other Buddhist stuff here and there, never really properly looked into Buddhism.

There are literally thousands of meditation and the ones I do are not a waste of time, they've made my mind a shitload more powerful. Increasing concentration, memory, visualization, and using thoughtforms that can influence surroundings and people is not a waste of time.

What particular meditation is going on in those pics?

The meditation you're talking about is just one in many and I have long ago mastered it,

What i suggested can be found by googling.
But here is what you must do if you want to forward your awareness:
There are studies, that have shown that reading a book is way more effective in delivering lasting informations to your mind, than a computer screen. Read a book, you will actually feel like you have achieved something afterwards, which will be the truth regarding your personal insight.
I would recommend meditating over every important chapter in the book, too.

There is only one form of meditation, which can be measured only in the peace of mind you achieve. Its letting thoughts rise up, being aware of them, but not clinging to them, but instead letting go of them like a useless piece of wood. Thoughts are just projections, truth can only be found in experience of real life.
What you are probably referring to are breathing techniques or visualization practices.

These are helpful to enter a calm state of mind, but can be distracting.
You are supposed to let the breathing happen, not force it.
If you control your breathing, you are not meditating, only if its automatized again.

These have been rejected by Buddhism, since they are a distraction from the workings of your inner self, which you should be focused on.
They too can help to enter a focused mind state, but should only be used as an entry procedure.

I've read in excess of 200 books now, the book must be something really special to justify adding it on my reading list, especially with all the other shit I'm reading through at this very moment.

I'm not going to claim to be an expert on the religion, but Hinduism is originally an ancient Aryan belief.

Declaring a loss of territory is literally a definition of surrender, Northern India is rightful White man's clay.

and other Zen-literature.

The three baskets are also essential.

Meditations I actually do include tumo meditation (manipulating body heat), numbers meditation, body-awareness (energywork ala Robert Bruce) style meditations, concentration meditations that involve focusing on specific things in the room or specific concepts or holding a certain thought for a long period of time or concentration on specific body parts, mantras, meditations on each of the senses, and tuning stuff where I connect to a thought current and can also telepathically communicate with others, and then there's also mediumship stuff and a whole bunch of other shit I do.

Is that page the entire thing? It's almost as short as Light on the Path.

Its just a foretaste, as i said, read more Zen-literature. Its really great for realizing the simplicity of life and awakening.

The three baskets should be long enough to read for a day straight.

Info on this?

Read the Rigveda, the earliest Indian religious text. It doesn't have the palpable spin from modern philosophies.
sacred-texts.com/hin/rigveda/index.htm
The R. T. H. Griffith translation is poor though. I'm reading the new Jamieson/Brereton translation cover-to-cover, but expect others may not be eager to pay the hefty price.

I've read over 100 hymns so far (just finished the Kutsa Angirasa pieces in Mandala I) and am particularly struck by the commonplace of praying, not just for victory in battle, but for heroes. The Maruts in particular are interesting gods: they embody the männerbund and resemble a Grease-style 50s youth gang. Also, those hoping our remote Eastern cousins had an acute racial consciousness may be disappointed. The Ārya were clearly Aryans, but like today typically identify in civil or religious terms, as the people of "the settlements" and as those who do the soma sacrifices. This shows that lesser racial consciousness has always been a White quandary.

LOL PAJEET HURT

You can find my full details of each variation of it that I have created on /fringe/.

You watch numbers appear in front of you and watch them count up but without ever reading a single number.

It reveals much about the nature of thought to you.

There is also another thing I do where I visualize books and find text in them. This allows me to achieve omniscience, accessing all knowledge directly.

I also do psychometry sometimes, which is where you rest the hands on some mail or a book or whatever, and the impressions of the pages of text come into your mind.

Bump for interesting thread.

Hitler would have gassed you for promoting (((Yoga)))

What are those units even suppose to be?

what is the youtube screen capture from? It looks like a youtube screen capture, the woman holding the swastika.

Read The Enigma of Hitler. He studied all religions.

Pilates and Yoga and all these various paths are REDPILLED and PRO-WHITE.

This is bait.

Yes lets call ourselves aryans but not read the rigveda which is the book of the aryans…

Because I prefer to poo in the loo, Pajeet

It's not like Indians are one race. Judging indians by the poo in the loo stuff is like judging Americans by the posters telling black people to not sag their pants. Obviously not all americans are blacks who sag their pants. The indians who need to be told to poo in the loo are a separate race.

Oh have I been

RACIST?!?

Fucking shocker, that somebody here on Holla Forums would be
RACIST

And do you really expect Holla Forums to suck up to some greasy, child molesting Swami, hoping for "enlightenment"?

I ASK YOU

I'm not being critical of racism, I am a racist. I am being critical of being imprecise. Indians are not one race. Please don't strawman me.

Not really. Aryans and Dravidians poo outside. /it's a financial thing, not a race thing.

Not really.

The Dravidian systems also have something called Marma. Yoga was practiced in India well before the Aryan invasion in 2000 B.C

Because Satri Devi and Miguel Serrano did it better! ESOTERIC HITLERISM! Under Kek!

Boddhidharma was Dravidian. Your Aryan propaganda is imprecise.

WE WUZ YOGIZ AND SHIT

This thread is a joke.

In other words, satanists are spooks. And satanism, an op.

Nice GET, thanks cure-chan! Also nice thread OP, thank you, too.

Save us, Cure-chan!

Satanism is also d&c against just about everyone, but espexially those who know the light of the morning star.

I just finished reading The Third Patriarch of Zen to completion.

It was… nothing new or particularly interesting to me and I don't think the Zen-style of presentation is the best and more clear way to communicate the ideas it contains. It was pretty mediocre but at least I can put it on my belt as "I read a zen text".

I already understand this though, full well. My understanding is in fact extremely advanced and most texts I read I'm just looking for small fragments here and there and the rest is review and just a chance to rethink over concepts I've tread many times over already.

counter-currents.com/2012/04/the-enigma-of-hitler/

(would provide a different link but the original site I used to post that had this is down now)

Isn't it at least partially a race thing and partially an infrastructure thing?

Curryniggers, which come from India, also shit all over the place and when they are given perfectly good housing they promptly destroy it all.

...

How much is Satan even mentioned in the Bible?

Lucifer I think there's only one fucking passage for him.

They're just names and there's too damned much hysteria surrounding them.

...

The number is mentioned in the… second half of this documentary. That’s as close as I can remember.

Your religion is fucking retarded.
This thread is fucking retarded.

We got it the first time you posted.

My religion is not Hinduism.

Karma Yoga (as explained by Swami Vivekananda) is just an aspect of Hinduism worth reading up on and practicing.

Thanks for the great thread user. Archiving this for later.

So lurk the bottom of the catolog and necro old shit if that's how you feel.

>>>/ask/4470

Me current reading list for this month. There's also a few books I have only as hardcopies that I need to read.

This "Karma Yoga" is interesting.

I'm reading into it right now.

fuck off cunt
OP is not a gigantic faggot for once
Thank you for this interesting thread, I had heard of this author before, but assumed he was a typical peace and love guru fag
One of his books was recommended to neophytes by crowley I think

The book crowley recommended was Raja Yoga
here are some of Vivekananda,s other books

That's just William Walker Atkinson, isn't it? Gotta say, he really knew how to take money from people by writing the exactly same stuff over and over again by just switching aliases and terminology.

We don't need more non-european bullshit to pollute our minds.

this

>>>Holla Forums717862

No it's not. Did you miss the wikipedia article about Swami Vivekanada?

This pic related like like a White Anglo from Chicago to you?

What else could you characterize as "non-European"? Truth is truth anyways; and always useful.

Oh, oops. My mistake. Haven't slept well in days.

SAVE US, CURE-CHAN

Zen is non transferable. If you understood zen, you would realize your statement is nonsensical.

...

It is about communicating truth, not metaphysical concepts. Enlightenment isn´t about understanding intellectual essays about karma and rebirth, but about realizing that you can´t reach enlightenment anywhere but in the current moment.
You have to see what is right now and what will follow from that and act upon that, not ponder and worry about unknown variables from past or future. This is what Zen is about.

k, but I prefer the practical applications of occultism in the work of life, not mere enlightenment

~SAVE US, CURE-CHAN

I come to check these meditation dubs.

...

lolshillhurt

Blahblahblahblahblah more occult shit from NEETS who will never marry and have a traditional family.

Duh. Who do you think his target audience was? White people with money. AND there's only one kind of White person with money who this thing appeals to… those who live in a fantasy world.

If his target audience was white people then he should have wrote a bunch of leftist pozz as that's what white people want.

Why read Zen books then?

National Socialism = Dharma

Zen is contemplation of dualities and their resolution into uniformity isn't it?

Yes

Yoga is nice and all but it's not going to be the savior of the white race. If you can't see that then you're very lost. Yoga is a foreign belief to the west. We need Traditionalism that originates here.
Eastern Traditionalism and thought is not going to save us.

Nobody is saying that.
Here, where? America? Europe?
How do you know? What's so bad about learning something that works well for others? Afraid we might find something in common?

Something that originates in Europe. Traditional thought will never come from America.
I'm not saying you shouldn't learn just that it will not save the white race. You need something that originates organically from Europe and whites. Sure maybe you can base some thoughts off of yoga but the truth is that you can find the same sorts of thought if you dig into the traditional west anyway.
You have to forge something western for the west because the west is not the east.

OP here, I overdosed on Zen and became aware of a feeling that God would make me a perfect being, but I would have to let go of my last attachments (e.g. reading books) and replace them with superior desires and means. I got terrified then that I wouldn't be able to just go half-way, that I'd transcend my very humanity and become a perfect expression of the divine. Now it seems it hasn't stopped though and I feel the whole world and all its possibilities opened to me. The only thing to keep this feeling of infinite expansion in check at all was asking myself how I could "violate" the "freewill" of another, or thinking about dominating other human beings so perfectly as to hijack them completely for awhile, making them say and do whatever I want. Then I had to think that there are surely other god-men like me, and they I could measure myself against, so as not to let my sense of ultimate power grow unchecked. I feel that it's a straight and narrow path, a line of no more mistakes, no more wrong-doing; but one that gives ultimate freedom.

Most people like to argue that all of India's culture is all from Europe, that the Yoga for example they practice is just Pilates from Europe, and that the philosophies they preach originated in the minds of Europeans like Plato. Yoga also undergoes a great transformation when translated to English and for an English audience. The curryniggers themselves probably have a religion that isn't much better than christcucktianity; but what we receive is just the higher teachings, the essence, the pure truth that is reserved only for the elect.

All the big words you spout and your obvious narcissism tell me that you are far from enlightenment. Keep reading books and meditating, but let go of the idea that you will become a "god". Buddha didn´t become a god, he simply saw that he didn´t exist, that the perception of himself was simply an illusion. There is no being that can become a God. It is an idea of you. Nothing you regard as yourself is truly you.
"Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water."
This zen teaching tells you about the simplicity of life. Whatever your duties as a human are, will remain the same when you are enlightened. Your mind will grow, but it will not leave the realm of the natural.

If you study Buddhism, you'll find the Buddha explicitly stating that from thought must come action, otherwise it has no use. The point of meditation is to increase your mental capabilities (concentration, focus, ability to eliminate distractions) so that you can think better, so that you can act better.

Pic = friendly reminder that Buddhism is not a traditional religion: there is no belief system, it's purely about spreading wisdom

How the fuck do I become a god when I already am one?

…and no, I'm not a god you retard, nor will I ever be god, I am merely a cell in the body of God.

I am however a superior being capable of seeing his will manifested around him. I can have anything.

I don't give a shit about enlightenment and you shouldn't either.

Seriously you're talking to a guy who sees into the minds of others and always has been able to for a long time. I have known that I am not my body or my mind because I wear the bodies and minds of others. Do you know what the deepest state of trance is? It's called the plenary trance. In that trance ANYTHING is possible; but it takes 2 years minimum to achieve it and that's only if you're exceptionally gifted to begin with. When you are in that trance you're medically dead, you can hold a mirror up to the person's mouth there is no breath, there's no heart-beat, there's nothing; they're dead. The only indicator that they are alive is decay never sets in. Medically, they are considered dead.

You just thought I was saying God-man literally and not metaphorically.

For me the boundaries of self, of motion and rest, of life and death, of time and space, etc, were all dissolved long ago quite by accident; it came about as the product of an intense desire to cease all activity, to "die", and out of that came my ability to see beyond all constraints.

I am detached from emotions as well. Emotions, which are desire, which is the causal force in the universe; it is something apart from me. If I'm not careful I become a perfect mirror for someone else and I take in the desires and thoughts of others. I can focus into various streams of thought and emotion and receive an intensification of that stream by continued concentration upon it. The thoughts and feelings that move through me are mine only so long as I identify them as such. There is nothing in this whole world that is mine. It is this sense of a self which binds us. To make any dream drag out indefinitely, accept its reality, accept it so strongly that the core of your mentality is convinced it is the realest. Your previous life than dissolves behind you and you are moved through time and space into the new timeline, into the new life, and maybe you will come back again only after a lifetime or maybe not. I have carried back with me so much.

The personality that speaks to you now may seem this way and that to you and the life may scream all kinds of things to you but my spirit has penetrated into some of the deepest mysteries and my attainments are many. I have lots more things to do but no questions, I am pseudo-omniscient, by virtue of my ability to tune into any knowledge.

There is no my spirit btw, there is only I, the spirit.

THE - SPIRIT.

Just in case you're going to criticize me for talking about a my spirit as if spirit were something non-essential. I am not what I have; I am not what I possess or own or move or light with my awareness. I am I.

Now, this is all nice and enlightened n' shit, but when it comes down to it we must be pragmatists. For all our talk of enlightenment, we must live our lives, and actually discover our limits. We must go through the extremes and surpass them. Let us not fixate our eyes upon the stars, just to lose sight of our footsteps. My enlightenment is not yet to come; it was long ago. I am beyond that. God has fast-tracked me for perfection.

Chasing after enlightenment is wrong. Desiring it is wrong. The only way to enlightenment is to set aside all that is not the self; or to discover the self in all. It is an inevitable consequence of treading the path. Having some sort of desire for it and not simply working towards it puts an infinite gulf between your will and its attainment. To manifest our desires we must let go of them, else they are bottled up, and unable to do their work. The ideal mind holds onto nothing; but lets everything flow through it. No blockages. Yet it must also be directed and built-up intelligibly. It's just like a series of valves you have to open wide and when have your focus elsewhere the other valves narrow. Put your focus on the qualities of God and you will be strengthened thereby them.

(1) Omnipotence
(2) Wisdom or Omniscience
(3) All-love or Mercifulness
(4) Immortality

You can employ legions of helpers to do your work. The greatest, most powerful minds in this world, as a rule do nothing for themselves. They just send out the command. Everything else is designated to others. Why burden yourself with being the politician when someone else can do that work? Anyways, do the work you are fit for, and which ennobles your soul; and the rest takes care of itself. The whole world moves with you every step of your development. If you see something that needs to be addressed, if you have the strength of heart and mind, you will be able to move the pieces into place.

Has this thread been archived yet?

we don't need this currynigger bullshit

There's a difference between not resisting and being slothful

Between resisting evil, despairing, and giving up, like some kid who can't lift, gets so discouraged, and resigns himself to being a fat lard for the rest of his life.

And actually falling, getting up, and becoming stronger each time.

He spent an entire chapter in the book just addressing what you're talking about as well as several paragraphs in other chapters too.

“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.” - Bruce Lee.
Have you seriously not read the Tao Te Ching?

You are not detached from jackshit. Meditate more. Also:
Think.
Write.
Post.
You are spamming up your own thread with your mediocre "wisdom". You are not a spiritual leader, not even an advanced monk, merely an adept if anything. You can´t see in the minds of others, that is impossible. You aren´t wearing any mind at all because minds don´t exist. Neither do you, but you still try to define yourself by calling yourself "spirit" or some other stupid bullshit. You think that there is a God deciding anything, when after all he is just a neutral force with no emotional bond to anyone, since this force doesn´t feel emotions and doesn´t have thoughts. Stop acting like you are some supreme Bodhisattva.
People like you are the reason why Buddhism threads are frowned upon on Holla Forums.
Self-absorbed little narcissists that don´t even realize how much bullshit they spout.
Stop posting and shut your ego up, you lost little soul. You sound like a schizo.

They are miss reading it, it does not mean let evil roll over you, it means good and evil are two sides of the same coin.

In order for there to be good, evil must also exist, you are not to "resist" it as it is the natural order of reality. That HOWEVER does not mean you don't fight it, just that its part and parcel of the human experience.

SAVE US, CURE-CHAN!

Also, this is really well developed and HIGHLY PROBLEMATIC.

Do you se the problem with these statements? Self-contradiction and pure delusion (You are not a God, such beings don´t exist and never will)

Nice, in which book have you read that? That you never experienced it yourself is quite obvious.

You absolutely aren´t.
BUT THERE IS NO I, FOOL.

You truly have a way with words.
Could you stop contradicting yourself? The potential for Bodhi is in every being, but enlightenement happens only once.

Right, but
is far worse.
You only develop greed for power and control (Ominpotence and Omniscience), striving to idolize yourself and putting something that doesn´t exist on a pedestal by trying to "immortalize" it, if you try to immitate an imaginary God.

What an egoistic point of view. Or do you mean to discourage aspiring to be a great mind and a great leader?

And here we see your desperate need for attention and appreciation.

You are not as wise as you think. Learn to express yourself better and meditate more. Every buddhist monk would laugh in your face if you started spouting your pseudo-wisdom in his presence.

There's a word for that?
Have a bump.

Yuri is specifically referring to the co-opted version of Buddhism being used as a communist subversion tool, specifically the bastardized shitlib stoner version about how Buddhism is like peace and weed lmao dude haha namaste which has taken root in the West. Talk to an actual guru or read the source text if you are interested in Buddhism, not a fucking hippy. Buddhism and Eastern Philosophies in general stem from proto-European Ancient Aryan societies and are not intrinsically bad just because the kikes tried to corrupt it along with everything else.

Pure faggortry.

Enough pooing in the street.

If Holla Forums is to have a serious religion it would be Stoicism.

White, controlled, alpha as fuck.

By who?

As in, "in control of yourself, your mind, your body and your desires".

The self.

So, aside from being worded slightly differently due to translations, what's the difference?

there is more than enough white philosophy to keep us occupied

>ignoring the concept of the existence of a Prisca Theologia
I for one appreciate a wide variety of jargon.

Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius are your divine teachers.

You meditate daily with the goal of reaching Absolute Stoicism.

logos

I'm only ignoring the concept because it's retarded. But it's not surprising someone who is interested in it wants more jargon.

there are multiple indian threads up right now, this is cancerous

user, what we're talking about is 'pointers' to 'a real truth'.
Different pointers can point to the same memory location, can't they?

no

I'm more than willing to entertain your counterargument.
What objection do you have to the concept I'm proposing?

neither the idea nor it's foundations interest me to be honest, sorry. And like I said, I will stick with white people

So you came to this thread to post about how much you don't care or understand what is being discussed here?
I… I can't even give you an effort star for that.

did not make that clear? And there are 4 indian threads up now.

...

nice 9gag picture, buddy.
