WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING?

WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING?

I just finished DaS 3 for the 4th time
Starting to get sick of this shit

Rogue Legacy because I'm a fucking pleb.

Ya don't say.

Anyway, bouncing between my first playthrough Thief Gold and WindWaker. The big empty world in WW is boring as fuck, and the sailing is pure AIDS. It's somehow worse than traveling in Far Cry 2. At least the dungeons are okay so far.

Installing Tony Hawk's Underground on my Xbox, and playing Crypt of the Necrodancer while I wait

Wings of Vi
I'm really enjoying it

Rainbow Six Siege

Me too. Or I wish I was. I bought the game only a couple of days ago and have only played like 4 hours becauyse I've got an exam tomorrow and I've been studying/pretending to myself that I'm studying for it so I've not been playing at all. Instead I've been playing Battle Girl High School on my phone occasionally.

The single player of Borderlands 2. It sucks, and I ignored it at release, but I feel like I should experience it before I forget what all the pop culture references are actually referring to.

Zerking-off is kinda fun, though.

...

Crimson Tears for the PS2. Decent, but I can see why it gets no talk.

Oh, you're doing that thing where you want to do something, but you know you shouldn't because there's something you should be doing instead and in the end you do neither the thing you want nor the thing you actually should do? I hate it when that happens.

Serious Sam The Second Encounter HD

I don't like it, it feels like it's meant to played in multiplayer or they forgot to increase the movement speed. I'm just forcing myself through the whole series just to say I did.

That's pretty much exactly the long and the short of it. I stretch it as much as I can, then do a little reading, get bored, get hungry, eat, repeat.

At least during the in-between times I can nadenade the shit out of these girls.

Bump up the difficulty, if you were to play with friends make sure you play on serious with limited lives

I finally got my first few wins in One Way Heroics. Think I'll go for an End of the World win as Adventurer.

Red Orchestra 2, mostly only the Rising Storm stuff.

I don't know why I'm still playing it though, I enjoy the gameplay well enough but really I'm just there to grind through the shitty leveling system to get max level on every gun.

Enter the gungeon
Shit plays great, even though it triggers my /k/ autism
And I don't know why the professional is a rifle gundead. It should be a pistol gundead, it's like they didn't even watch the movie

GTA SA, just got to Angel Pine, it's fun

Bought the Deep Silver Humble Bundle, so I'm currently struggling to get Saint's Row 2 to run at 60fps
And I'm planning on playing Super Metroid for the 50th time tonight because it's been a while since I've actually had fun

I think that pretty much describes my entire daily schedule.

...

What are YOU playing, faget?

here's your (You)

Jumping between VtM:B and Hard Reset currently.

Here's your (You)
Now get the fuck out
And read the thread next time faggot

Battlechess and replaying the Witcher 3

I just put trauma center one and two on my flashcart.
my first thought was holy shit somebody put dark cut on the ds.
My second thought was damn I need to recalibrate my touchscreen

FF 13-3

Surprisingly fun. Of course I pirated it and free is always best.

I spent a long-ass time downloading Dark Souls III, only to find the the controls are fucking abysmal. Holy fuck, I'd press W to go forward, and the game would take a solid second to move my character. The game wasn't running poorly, it ran fast enough to play, it's just the controls are fucking shit.

I played a fuckton of RPGs before trying that, so I'm playing Doom 3 to cleanse the palate. It's topical enough right now, at least. Shit's fun, although I feel like DSP for saying it, but the jump scares are bullshit, they feel like a 20-30 damage tax just to advance. That's what I get for playing on Veteran instead of Marine, though.

Just slayed Grigori in dragons dogma
Only to have the dutchess be my true love
I saved her so i could brine her myself

lately i've been playinv uncharted 4 online (because the single player was the worst in the series and i'm trying to justify my purchase)

and valkyria chronicles remastered, which is pleasant to replay because its been a few years, i forgot the game has such a reverse difficulty curve because you can't scout rush early game

why would you do that to yourself

Resi 4 in preparation for a future bro-op through Resi 6

I don't know where my controller went, and because I can. But if the keyboard controls are that bad, I have no reason to believe that the controller controls are any better.

You're aware the game's leading platform was the PS3 right?

You mean the Quadruple, right? We're talking about DS3 here, right?
That still doesn't convince me, but who fucking knows.

Deus Ex. It's not a style of game I have much experience with. I'm enjoying it.

This is me all day today. I have so much shit to do but I also want to play vidya
maybe I can just focus on this homework, then i might be able to fit a few hours of vidya in

fucking i wont be able to if i keep shitposting

Got GTAV for PS3 since its affordable now. Fell asleep waiting for the game to install though, and the intro was heavily scripted shit no one cares about. When does it get fun?

Also played Yakuza 3, which I enjoyed a lot, but looking at a walkthrough the orphanage part really did take up a lot of a game, and that part was mainly dull.

Mount and Blade with the LOTR mod.

Fighting for Rohan.

Never. IMO, the game sucked balls.

It opens up GTA-style after a few missions, if that's what you're talking about, but I found it had most of its "fun" in the story missions rather than the world itself. Probably my least favorite GTA to do GTA stuff in (and therefore my least favorite GTA in general)

Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow. Having PC problems and my emulating tablet isn't working right so I'm pretty much reduced to emulating DS games I missed. Starting with this, then the other two Castlevanias on DS. Charlotte from Portrait of Ruin is pretty cute so I'm looking forward to that.

Been playing this gun disassembly game. It's pretty fun. Kind of a shame you gotta grind for new guns, but I'm enjoying it.

Never was big on guns in this way, but learning how they work and seeing the insides is pretty neat. I'm surprised how few parts some of these guns have.

Better single player then I expected.

Salt in the Shitter. It's 2D souls aaalright. But it has some serious mechanics flaws.

It's not worse than cancer, so pretty good on todays standards.

I actually just finished a bunch of games.

I'm currently playing Destiny, just so that I can finish The Taken King and delete this shit off my PS4 FOREVER.

Hotline Miami 2 was, although fun, filled with unnecessary story that took too much time away from having said fun. Also: fucking glass walls Didn't even touch the first one in terms of fun and quality.

Trine 3 was pure shit.

Ori was pretty good, liked the art.

Bioshock 2 was the one that probably took the most time out of all of them, but holy hell was it good. Not as good as the first, but the hacking system was the best and I dug the weapons. Little Sister escort protect was abit annoying, but the whole concept was pretty cool.

Destiny is still sorta ok. Like always.
I'll probably round of the day with a little Persona 1. The not nigger-mark version.

Well nothing at the moment, but I think I may play some DMC3 in a while. Either that or something like Doom or Marathon.

DMC3:SE
GW1
MGR:R (again)

Right now i'm trying to finish all the Max Payne games, Max Payne 1 is kicking my ass tho.

Fallout New Vegas w/ Fear and Loathing in New Vegas. Took a bit of time to install all those mods, but so far its been worth it.

go in to bullet time without diving the game becomes way easier. You can pretty much weave between bullets and take your time getting headshots.

That's what i have been doing but still if i get shot 2 times i'm fucking ded

Thats a shame, because I really didnt care for 4, and 5 is annoying me with its slower focus on plot, even though I already dont like anyone compared to my time in SA or 4.

Mushihimesama 1.0
Had a decently long session today, but I've lost my danmaku skills probably because I'm sleepy.
I used to be able to get through stage 1 no deaths and no bombs, but this time I had to use a continue just to get to the stage boss.
Maybe I should play something turn-based.

Rocket League and Hyrule Warriors. Casual state of mind this week.

Been jumping between KoF 98 UM, KoF 2002 UM and KoF XIII to get ready for KoF XIV

Morrowind

I'm busy sticking it to those insect bastards.

Can't wait for 4.1 to hit PC.

Alpha Protocol, excellent game once you get over the retarded hacking minigame. Making a stealth melee build.

Also, just reinstalled X3:TC and Im planning to replay it for a while before finally jumping to Albion Prelude (which I bought on release and never played the damn thing). Time to earn more profitssssssss

Just beat Castlevania: Bloodlines with 0 heath

Only Castlevania 3 left, saved the best for last
I don't think I'll like it better than Rondo though

I'm moving now to Max Payne 2.
This game fucked me so hard, i was his bitch from start to end.

Salt and Sactuary since I'm a fucking edgelord

btw the artist cant draw tits for shits

...

just replaying some games I never beat or haven't played in awhile

Good luck with that.

the backlog just keeps getting bigger, what the fuck do i do?

There's a lot of games like that for me too. I never really beat SoE or Crystal Chronicles, and they're some of my favorite games from when I was younger.

Drop FFT because it's shit

Dude, Secret of Evermore was the shit. I should really replay it sometime with that one hack that fixes the heavy grinding problem it had though

I also recently reinstalled doom 3 and chose vet.

I ended up uninstalling the next day because the bullet sponge ai that was so retarded that you were forced to strafe in in out of cover to avoid taking 30+ damage and al my weapons felt like nerf guns that did nothing.

Combined with the boring level design, repetitive enemies, and badly aged visuals. I just couldn't enjoy it like I did when I was a kid.

Doom 3 is a mediocre game.

Hellgate London

...

Playing Dangan's Dangan: Dangan Dangan for the billionth time trying to make webms of cool shit but I can't make them small enough (15 MB) without JPEG tier compression. embed related

You're about halfway through the game by the way, most of the rest being Bitterblack Isle

they want you to think that the game ends at Grigori but keep playing

Much like how I do for movies, I get the urge once a year to play the blockbuster equivalent of video games, as in triple A visually gorgeous games with shallow everything else

Currently going through Remember Me while wondering what my next game should be

Darkest Dungeon
Planetside 2
Rocket League

Recently started to play fractured space again, only to stop because of pics related.

jugging quite a few games currently:

Wolfenstein: The New Order
Bloodborne
Dungeon Travelers 2
Gundam Breaker 3

and sometimes I play Hero Siege with an online friend, but I don't actively play that, only playing when we play together.

I feel tired of DT2 already though, I'm only at the end of chapter 4. While I'm enjoying the story set up, characters, and fantastic CGs of characters and monstergirls alike, the game just requires fucking grinding, too much for my taste. Maybe I'm impatient, but jeez, even with the Double EXP card item, it's still a pain in the ass.

Grinding has nothing to do with "gitting gud", it's just fucking grinding for EXP points to distribute skill points.

I was actually just playing it on my Wii a minute ago:

game's no joke

I'm actually going to bed, but five minutes ago I was playing Homefront

I kind of like it

That guy did take fucking ages to die, but he pales in comparison to that swamp snake boss. God fucking damn that thing just wouldn't die.

I remember giving up on Remember Me after growing bored of the combat. Which was exactly what the game's "make your own combo system"-system was meant to prevent.

I can at least sympathize with you on the rest, but not on this. Doom 3 honestly looks better than most of the games that have come after it, while also running on a toaster. The lighting effects and environments look as good as shit coming out this year. The models for people look weird, a little bit better in motion, but weird. On the whole though, it's a game that looks fantastic, not only for the time it was released, but also still today. I still can't believe it runs so well and so pretty on my fucking toaster.
If the weird shit with the difficulty isn't just me, I might drop down to Marine and play it that way. Fuck it.

Has anybody done better soft-shadows than id Tech 4? IIRC even id Tech 5's (Rage) shadows didn't look as good.

Heh, I quit that game at Grigori because I was fucking sick of the shit tier writing, quests, NPC interactions and 3 enemies types

Yeah, I'm just experimenting to see how it goes. Obviously I also have to rely on pistols, at least, but I want punch the shit out of enemies as much as possible.

Salty Souls, AKA Salt and Sanctuary.
Because my computer can handle it just right.

EOU

If you say so, the lighting felt subpar compared to Fear 1's.

Fear 1 is pretty much my baseline standard for good visuals.

You fucked up, m8.

Simple, you sit down and don't get up until you're done with a game. And before you say "But these are JRPGs!", it's what I did with Ni no Kuni. 50 something hours, beat it over a weekend at college. Did almost the same with Tales of Xillia, beat it in a weekend at 30 hours.

I'm playing some Sniper Elite III and some RCT II (pics of both). I feel like I'm cheating with the (instinct?) button to line up my shots though. I need to practice in a virtual range before I'm confident like I was with VII.

I've heard of it, but I haven't played it yet. I also didn't realize it had roughly the same requirements, I figured it needed more hardware to do its thing. And I never said it looked better than all games that came after it, just most. I'll willing to give exceptions to better looking games, there's just not many.

I'll have to give that a shot sometime, I've heard it's fantastic. If it runs on a toaster, all the better.

you definitely should, the sequels are all trash, but fear 1 is great, it also had some of the best enemy ai in vidya history.

Ace Combat Inf

Going to get Gotcha Force and see how it looks at high resolution on my computer. Otherwise, been meaning to sit through RRT4 and Valkyrie Profile 2.

Nice, which one–

""KYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~"

Fucking fucked up the fucking bold fuck fuck

Shadow Hearts From the New World and Legacy of Ys: Book II.

Been stuck in All-star ranking for over a month. I don't know why I obsess over these internet points instead of just enjoying the game, but this shit is irritating me so much. I am the cancer.

Just finished Joureyman Project 3: Legacy of Time. I had it as a kid but I could never figure out how to do much.

yeah fuck all the bosses in that game. I still have never made it past the ancient world part.

Me too.

Pic related, I'm in love with the soundtrack way too fucking much.

Shame multiplayer sucks, I'd actually be interested in it if everyone weren't shit cunts using chainguns and rocket launchers all the time
