I played a little bit of PD, and explored around and ended up getting the early ends in the prologue. On the one hand, I was hoping for some fae ass kicking. On the other hand, that's pretty accurate to how a human vs fae encounter would be, so I can't really complain.

Nothing spooky has happened in real life yet, waiting for a demon from Hell to attempt to take over the world.

There isn't too much supernatural creature ass kicking until the end of chapter 1 actually, before that it's mainly about investigating and avoiding hidden threats (read : lewd game overs). Once you get into the Cathedral however, there are demon menaces to smite.
Chapter 2, if I ever complete it, will be the point where the protagonist really starts getting powers and hunting supernatural creatures and bed them.
