There's a large Indian population out around here, and there was, for a time, an Indian restaurant on the main drag. One day I thought I'd be adventurous and try it. Trump limited the H1-B (specialized worker) visa requirement heavily though, you need a $130k paying job to sponsor you within 2 years of graduating before your student visa is revoked, rather than $50k. This is going to heavily stem the number of Indian masters students coming to the US which is the primary route they end up with greencards. Hopefully they'll turn back towards their own country rather than the UK.
