The problem is men don't really understand what features are genuinely sex specific vs more commonly exaggerated. Not all women have wide hips. Another is jaws, women can have well-defined jaws. The difference is more in the squareness of the jaw angle. I study portraiture drawing so I've put a decent amount of time into studying what distinguishes a male face from a female face. It is made difficult by rampant hormone use and advances in plastic surgery, but the one feature that always seems off in trannies to my eyes is the forehead. I would include the brow as it still is often a good tell, but there are are surgeries trannies can get to shave it down some. They still can't change the difference in angle of the forehead though. Women's head's have this bump up near their hair line while means slope down into a pronounced brow ridge.
