A woman, with AOC starting at 18, and menopause starting at 45 per say, has about 27 years to reproduce. If she's pregnant non-stop during those 27 years, she can expect about 33 kids or more. Now, hardly anyone is going to have 33 kids (besides, a good portion of those kids might have some defect or something when the woman approaches menopause). We also know that the minimum number of births needed between a couple in order to grow a population is 3 kids. But we need far more rapid growth than what 3 kids per couple can provide in order to ensure our survival. So what is the happy medium between 3 and 33? I have no math to back this up, but would 5 kids be good? I have personal aspirations in having 7 kids one day, but I also doubt most people can handle anymore than a single digit number. Not everyone can be like the Quiverfulls and have doubt digits bundles.
