There's some fat in there, it's definitely not all muscle, but I don't visually appear fatter than at start and I'm much stronger than then so I think it is mostly muscle. Can confirm. Lots of big guys 4u who go into basic training come out losing a good deal of muscle mass because of how much running and marching it involves.

In general as a soldier you're gonna be doing lots of marching so you can kiss any gains goodbye. Still, functional strength > aesthetics.

If you're underweight, just skip cardio (or at most do a little light stuff at about 65% of max heart rate) until you put on some muscle. As a skinny guy trying to gain weight while doing a lot of cardio is just shooting yourself in the foot.

You can always infer a person's squat number from knowing a person's deadlift number because it's much more difficult to cheat at deadlifts, thus cutting through the bullshit. Given his 280 deadlift, he can probably do a proper-ROM squat with 220, maximum. Proper squats are usually done at 75-85% of your deadlift weight for most people.

I may not have ever gotten my body swole at a gym, or gone to a gym for that matter, but I have toned it, hardened it, and developed it into a reflexive killing machine from years of martial arts. One of the many Sensei that taught me used to add in little extra notes when going over various exercises to end up crippling the opponent (with added flavor of "and just for fun you can also….").
I recommend martial arts for self defense if you're unarmed, but also a good and reliable firearm that handles comfortably and can get familiar with.

Olympic weightlifters are some of the most flexible people in the world for example. The reason for this is that common weightlifting movements force the muscles to lengthen through greater ranges of motion than what is typical in everyday living. It is possible for the nigger in the picture to be somewhat inflexible at certain joints, but this would mean he went out of his way to perform movements with small ranges of motion which are frequently proclaimed to be worse for building muscle. Maybe his chest and back muscles are tight, but if you take a random joint on his body, such as his knees, it most likely has greater flexibility than your average Joe. However, there are many bodybuilders of similar proportions who do not lack flexibility anywhere.

Steroids increase bone density. While it is unlikely he performed jaw exercises, his jawbones are probably stronger than the average nigger. You should view taking certain anabolic and androgenic steroids as creating a second puberty. Natural puberty takes one to basic manhood. My orthopedic doctor checked me out last year, he looked at my hand I think I remember him checking for carpal tunnel around my fingers. It could be simple strain injury; I have skinny wrists been strengthening them since I started lifting. Good sleep 6-8 hours. Eating enough not on caloric deficit. Bodyfat % in 10% to 14% range. Getting sunlight. Walking enough. Training but not overtraining. Masturbating only on every 8th day.

Food is the big lie. They've been feeding people bs for a long time. In the fitness world you are told to eat lean meat and 'good fats' PUFA fat but the opposite is true. You want saturated fat and mono to be higher than your pufa intake. For this eat sirloin steak or ground beef with high fat. All of this needs to be organic to avoid shit they pump the animals with. Don't go low carb or low fat or high protein. You don't need more than 1gram per lb. Your distribution should be something like 20% protein 40% fat 40% carbs. For carbs eat stuff like potatoes, fruit. Cholesterol is also good eat eggs. Also spinach. Also liver. Also bone broth. I could go on. A typical day.
Butter, Ground beef, oranges, bananas, potatoes, spinach, broccoli, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, liver pate etc. A good one if you can get it is oysters they contain a lot of zinc which brings me to my next topic supplements.

Take Zinc you can take it on an empty stomach. Don't take it with magnesium or calcium. Take magnesium you can take it before bed since it helps with sleep. Boron find some boron and supplement it. Cod liver oil find a high quality product many are rancid and bad I use mollers tran 1 tbl spoon a day. You can take vitamin C if you want. You will get vitamin A/D and omega 3 from the cod liver oil but you can supplement vitamin d if you don't get enough sunlight. You can add stuff like inositol or whatever but be careful there is shit out there touted as T increasers but they aren't AVOID saw palmetto and fenugreek especially.

I also take Creatine, PS, Citrulline, Ashwaghanda, Forskolin, Mucuna Pruriens, Glycine.

Taking hormone replacement is unsustainable/ unhealthy and stupid. Being a big bulky fuck is not optimal and unnatural. With bodyweight you don't even have to go to the gym. You can do weights if you want but I consider it merely aesthetic focus on improving skills and shit and not looking huge who cares.

I buy individual supplements from iherb. Just looked that supplement up. I take the same form of Zinc, and same amount. But the thing is, taking vitamin D with zinc aids absorption of zinc which also aids magnesium absorption so I don't know why you don't advocate taking Vitamin D anyway.

The best advice I can give to anyone on what to do if someone pulls a knife is to fucking run like fuck. I'd rather face a gun. Also people would be better served cardio and strength training for a lean fast physique rather than building muscles. In unarmed combat at least being a fast and good distance runner is the best option you have. Unless you're one of those crazy people who thinks entering a fair fight is a sane move.

As a general rule, while it is good both knowing how to fight and how to win, the only time you actually WANT to fight rather than run is when both parties agree to a set of rules, like in a ring, or when you can't run away, such as when you are protecting a spouse/kid. A knife does little to change this fact, but it is horribly demoralizing for a victim. I'm assuming all anons are already smart enough to know this and thus are talking about a situation in which you can't run, in which case your only options are accepting the fact you are going to get cut and trying to disable to attacker before you bleed out. 280 deadlift is absolutely pathetic, but the 330 squat is pretty strong. I bet he was doing half reps on those squats because if your squat is that high you'd also have a really nice squat. For example, my 1 rep max deadlift is 405, but I struggle to do 5x5 of 275lbs squats with good form.

A fighting body is not the same as a lifting one. Look at the training boxers and MMA fighters go through for example. Too much muscle can make you slow as hell and drain your stamina.

The point wasn't to be fast, the point was just to be able to do a 5k without stopping to walk.


1x Bench is average dude territory. 1.3x is "fairly strong" but doesn't go anywhere near into powerlifting territory, and you don't need to worry about getting big till much later.

I really do think I might have god tier strength genetics my recovery time is insane compared to other guys. Every time I got a major injury it surprised doctors how fast my body recovers.

That sort of mass is probably just glycogen and water. You should still be able to do pushups, crunches, maybe chins too if you have a solid bar you can use.

For the guys in here having problems: Honestly, if you want to progress steadily you need to have solid nutrition. There's no way around a base need of excess calories for building muscle. If you're a serious fat body, you might be able to get away with gaining muscle on a cut (probably a good idea for someone >26% body fat honestly; LEARN THE FEELING OF HUNGER). Most people will not. Even then, once you're around 20%ish body fat, give or take a few percent, that won't work anymore. You'll have to start committing wholly to cutting or bulking.

If you're really keen on building muscle, a few protips to help: a diet relatively high in protein will keep you from cannibalizing muscle and will allow you to recover. The baseline is something like 1.0-1.3x your lean body mass in pounds or about twice that in kg should be your average daily intake for protein (in grams). It's not a big deal if you're under a little bit in protein occasionally, preferably not on workout days though. Our bodies are adaptable. If you want to be sure you're getting plenty of meat, 1.5-1.7x lean body mass will deliver you to gains surely basically for the entirety of your journey unless you want to go to Rich Piana territory and become a chemical monstrosity (read: the current state of professional bodybuilding).

Now, if you don't want to have "Rippletits" as they say, there's not really any good way to avoid the kcal surplus. You can't. There's no such thing as "clean bulking" where you'll gain only muscle with no fat. Any bulk, you will gain some fat and some muscle; the better the bulk, the higher the ratio of muscle to fat, but there will always be fat tucked in among the gains. It's the nature of the beast. The only way to really minimize fat gain is physical activity (i.e. cardio), but since you're bulking that won't completely compensate for the surplus or it would defeat the whole point - or you do steroids, or a cut.

Bulk/cut routines where you bulk for, say, 12 weeks and then cut for 8-10 weeks or so are the better way of managing this. That way you build solid fucking muscle consistently through the year (barring periods of illness, probably lose two to four weeks to sickness most years) and most of the time you will look and feel decent. If you do the bulk/cut right, you'll never exceed 20% body fat.

Cardio is obvious. Anyone who tells you cardio kills gains is dumb. Yes, cross country endurance cardio kills gains, and the longer you do it, the more your gains suffer. But two to three miles (3 to 5 km) on a treadmill isn't nearly enough to kill gains. You could arguably even do more cardio than that three days a week without hurting either your physique or your major lifts substantially.

I haven't touched steroids or peptides or any other real performance enhancements yet. They have their purpose, but they also have drawbacks. For guys around 35-40 who want to keep growing muscle, there's no reason not to dip their toes. You don't have to take typical bodybuilding doses to see benefits. Watch out for side effects; if you're taking anything with estrogenic effects specifically and get estrogen blockers/inhibitors for your cycle (i.e. dianabol, test, a number of other things). Dbol, test, trenbolone, IGF-1, and HGH in combo with said molecules above or other peptides which will grow you is said to work well. But like everything else, before diving into the world of sports supplements, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Learn the chemistry a bit before you inject poison intravenously or via muscle.
