so I downloaded and installed the thing from the op but got kinda lost from there.
client.exe seems to be what I need but opening it just gives me an error window telling me to go to the website.
is there a way around that?

How the fuck do I join the server. I start the client.exe and it says I should go to aos.com or whatever.

you either put server addresses in your browser, or you run client.exe from a command prompt and affix it with server address like so:

'C:\Ace of Spades\client.exe' -aos://2432720663

Green had a lovely simple plain, blue had wonderful mountains, there was a simple river between the two. Blue made bunkers, green died in shitty towers.

Why are we not using 0.75/0.76 instead of 0.54? I never had any issues with it and I've been playing OpenSpades for 2 months already without a single problem

They changed physics in 0.75 and added a shotty, Is just doesn't feel the same for those who played AoS since earlier versions.

I can host servers for both. I liked that one map in 0.75 that reminded me of CTF-Face from UT, and also there are tons of mods and tweaks for the server, so I might to it for shits and giggles some time later.
