Very nice, I've been stuck between Mount and Blade and Total War titles

Oh, and I suppose Chivalry and Legends of Eisenwald get an honorable mention

I want a proper Viking game. Something like Warband's Viking Conquest except more raid and danegeld oriented.

It's funny how japs managed to create the single best western knight simulator to date.
I wouldn't mind removing fantasy stuff like demons and magic, but it's a small price for a magnificent knight experience these games provide.

Why is it that all the cool maces in the mods I play pale in comparison to lots of swords, therefor forcing me to use a weapon I like less than my maceifu.

Is it too much to ask for vidya that emulates my autistic scholarly pursuits?

maces are great in most mods. P and B damage are better than C damage, bro.

Name some, I've been using Anno 1257, Floris, Prophecy of Pendor and some other fantasy one I can't remember the name of.

I can never seem to find them and believe me I look, maces are my all time favorite weapon.

The only reason people push Dark Souls over Demon's Souls is because the former is made more accessible through multiplat release and heavy marketing campaign.

Demon's Souls has much stronger atmosphere and level design and fits OP's request more closely.

I heard that they added offline skirmish AI opponents in Rune Classic, is that true?
Because even tho i dislike the cut SP maps, that would add a lot of replay value, i remember the original not having bots for offline skirmish.

What puts Rune Gold over Rune Classic?

In Rune Classic they cut certain levels out of the SP campaign and modified others.

They didn't add bots to Rune Classic. However, you can get a mod (aptly named "RuneBots", works for both Gold and Classic) which allows for offline bot matches.

They also swapped a bunch of rune powers on the weapons, broke compatibility with various mods, and did some other shit.

Then get someone else with brute strenght you fucking retard, or make him an actual slave. You created your own shitty setting and instead of realizing how dumb it is you're trying to make your best to make it work. That's cuck mentality. Just admit you're wrong and make something better, faggot.
