Only good thing about Krita is that it auto-saves like every step. I can attest to that because Krita crashed 3 times trying to switch layers, adding text, transforming a layer and all during 1 hour. Here is my drawing with mouse, took me 1 hour, and i coudnt add any text because it wouldnt let me change the size.
Krita's never crashed for me, and this is on a rolling release unstable system.
Krita is good for drawing, but for actual photo editing GIMP is obviously better.
I use both.
