Difficult, while most countries have pre-capitalist roots and are therefore"neutral" in their culture, the USA as a nation has liberal capitalism basically engraved into their culture, the same way Scandinavia is associated with vikings and Ukraine is associated with wheat fields, the USA, in all its symbolic and constitutionalization, is associated with capitalism.
