PP2 on the Megadrive if you want the most arcade-like port, PP2 Remix on SNES if you want an Expert CPU difficulty level and 4-player mode (though the resolution and music are worse). You can play them online with mednafen, or use the Tsu rules on puyovs.net. If you're a 3DSfag, you should also check out Puyo Tetris.
