Seriously nigga? even kimary is better than Wakka, i had it level up speed down the Rikku sphere grid, and i had Tidus, Rikku and Kimari in my party only so that i could have first turn but as soon as the fight started i switched them all for Lulu and Yuna who made a fuck ton of damage with double cast Ultima and Mimic and then i summoned auron to power and armor break any damage dealer or just scare them frozen for a turn, sometimes y left Tidus since his delay attack skill was usefull.
But Wakka?, i don't remeber ever using that guy whenever i had other alternatives available

Wakka's entire role is basically to take down fliers since he's a Ranger or Ranger stand-in. I recall accuracy being a modifier you could apply to forged weapons or one already applied to found weapons, so like the Piercing attribute all of Kimahri's spears come with being applicable to other characters' weapons and making him obsolete, Wakka's pretty much obsolete the very second you level up high enough that fliers' evasion doesn't matter or you get a high-accuracy weapon.
