Based on SMOKIN', would this be any viable? Simple Beaver (Bibarel) @ Leftovers Ability: Simple EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD Careful Nature - Rest - Curse - Amnesia - Waterfall Bibarel doesn't get a speed boosting move like Numel, but this should work fine. I thought about Defense Curl/Super Fang, but it needs setup with Toxic Spikes or other residual damage unless you want to struggle the opponent to death.

Simple Bibarel just isn't good. Its base stats are so low that a +6 Bibarel is typically worse than a +2 any-other-mon, which mostly defeats the purpose of Simple. You also get walled by anything that resists Water, which includes but isn't limited to the plethora of Dragon and Water types in OU.
Having said that, this is fullderp, so we don't care about stupid shit like that. All I can tell you is that it's a standard Simple Bibarel set. Nothing else to really say about it.
